I’ve had great history with this place. When I first started patronizing, I noticed they had a few advertisements up in black face (I guess for nostalgia). I became really close to a few of the staff mainly the head cook and head cashiers and asked them if they could remove them and they did it immediately and even comped me a meal. Eventually I came in enough that the owners and the entire staff knew my name. They even created a veggie pita sandwich for me when I stopped eating chicken. This place will always have a good standing with me. The food is always good and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Took me an hour to get to my overpriced, cold burger that was not what I even ordered. All the things they charged me extra for were on the receipt, just not on the burger. So if you're looking for extra price on not so nice, this is your jam.

This is one of those places that uses a hot dog as their Polish.It's small, the meat texture and flavor us of a hot dog, but the casing is tough almost as if it's covered by plastic.I don't recommend the Polish, it's hard to eat.The chickenator is good enough, a flattened and fried piece of chicken, fried pickles, and your regular fixings.Fries are homestyle with the skin on.
I just want to share our good experience at this restaurant. My friends and I went here for a quick snack. They have burgers, so we really like the idea of it. The place is also pretty cool, having that interesting décor, which is what my friends and I talked about while waiting for our orders. The service is friendly and fast. We were really accommodated well from the very start until the last minute of us inside. Their burger is not huge, but it definitely tastes good. I mean, it is not the best burger I could recommend, but it is definitely good and at a reasonable price. The staff said that they made their burgers fresh daily, and I could agree with that. It is indeed fresh, and maybe that's why the burger is good. Their fries are fresh as well, and I got the perfect crisp on each one of the fries that came with my burger. My friends also enjoyed their burgers, and before leaving the restaurant, we seriously talked about going back to it, and I am pretty sure that we will.
Definitely one of my favorite fast food spot each time I would go here in Elk Grove. I've been here for a quite few times and my visit would always be nice. The food is delicious and never have I ever leave the place unhappy. On my recent visit to the place, it is clean and as usual and as I expected it is kind of busy. The staff in here are always nice and friendly too. They are good at their job handling customers. On the other hand, their menu has different choices from burgers to hot dogs, paninis, and even salad. They pretty much got a lot of options and the prices are all fair and reasonable. I got myself my usual order which is their burger added with fries and a drink. Food in here is literally quick. The place also has a nice usual fast food ambiance. Back to the food, the burger in here has a nice portion, always served hot and freshly cooked daily and it is so good. Their fries are fresh cut too and well-seasoned. It was a quick but great meal. I definitely always had a good time in here.
2nd time eating hereThe fries are above decent..very good even.The hot dogs are not so great. The buns not steamed enough and the added ingredients are not used in proportion properly. Case in point chili bacon cheese dog had 3x the cheese than the chili and bacon combined.Steak sandwich was a tough chew and not to flavorful.My friend had a burger and said it was decent but nothing close to a burger from our usual Red Robin.
They have nice little sandwiches with egg for breakfast and free coffee if you buy something. When i got there all little creamers for coffee were expired and they did not anything to substitute.
Nobody wears a mask on the kitchen.Even if vaccinated unacceptable. Also children in the kitchen area no mask just wondering around.
Great burger! Great fries! Great service!
