Coffee taste like the pots need cleaning! The baristas brewed it fresh.. I watched 2 days in a row.. coffee taste like dirt. Very bitter. Encourage your employees to clean the coffee pots.. the prices has gone up, quality gone down..

I am only giving one star because it doesn’t let me not give any stars at all but worst customer service ever the drink tasted bad so I asked the manager to simply remake it and not put as much sugar in it for my daughter. He was refusing to do so started lecturing me on how his drinks were always perfect and that’s what I ordered instead of just simply saying ok and redoing the drink with not as much sugar he sat there and argued with me for five minutes and I ended up just not even getting a drink and getting my money back at the end of it. I have never had anyone talk to a customer the way he talk to me and argued totally unprofessional!
