Great selection of doughnuts. The doughnuts are soft and delicious, worth it for their price. Coffee are good taste and excellent. Cashier are very nice, friendly and they repeated your order. Their customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable. Fast serving. The store is super clean. Nice place to get a morning bite. I would come again to these shop. And would recommend to my friends and to my colleagues.

Moved to the area around four months ago, and have started using this Dunkin as my daily coffee fix. Unfortunately, I went from having one of the best dunkins to clearly one of the worst.Food is always soggy or tastes like its been reheated multiple times, coffee is never mixed properly and is usually lukewarm, and the customer service is subpar. Honestly am really disappointed that this is my main Dunkin because they are one of the worst ive been to.

Absolutely rude employees that work there. Every single time I go there, my order is wrong, and when I politely say this is not what I ordered, I am always faced with the employees rolling their eyes, talking with each other, laughing and then all looking at me. I do not exaggerate that this is every single time, even my husband that goes on his way to work has faced this same treatment.. and if anything a male employee got very rude and nasty with him. I am not sure why these employees must be like this. But I hope management talks to them about customer service since they obviously were never trained properly on this.

Don't go here! - Misleading and overcharging! In the drive through the lady asked me if I wanted the 2 for 2 egg wrap, which is $2 for 2 wraps, to which I replied "yes", then they proceeded to charge me $4.58 for the two wrap, I only noticed this after asking for a receipt as I had other items in the order but the total $11.52 seemed high for an XL coffee, 2 for $2 wraps, and a bagel. Then they gave me a hard time as I tried to get the overcharge applied as a credit to my credit card, finally saying they would "honor" the "discount", haha, you mean charging me the price you are promoting?! hilarious if I wasn't getting screwed out of my money. Should be reported to the BBB.

We came to this location because they have done a good job in the past. We moved further away and stopped in while we were in town and expected the same great service, however, that was not the case. They completely messed up my husband's drink. They messed it up from the get go with entering it wrong into their register/computer. However, when they repeated it to me over the speaker they said it correctly. When we got to the window they tried to give us the wrong order and I had to correct them twice about what our order consisted of. They rang us out and made us pull up front to wait for our order to be brought out. A lady brought our drinks out and when we questioned her about my husband's drink having the correct amount of espresso shots she said yes, but it was clearly way too light of color to have 4 shots of espresso in it. The sticker also said it was a decaf latte when it was not supposed to be. They also forgot to bring us out the food part of our order so my husband went in to get the food and ask them to correct his drink.They refused to give him the correct amount of espresso shots or fix the issue. He left without a drink or refund out of complete frustration. Dunkin' corporate office doesn't care as locations are franchised and the location manager themself only offered a free drink if we came back that same weekend which didn't work since we live 2 hrs away. We also found out through talking to the store manager that the girl who claimed to be shift supervisor/manager during this whole fiasco was not a supervisor or manager at all.Either way issue is not resolved. Will not be resolved. We will no longer stop at this location as there are plenty of other locations to try out that are less frustrating, including Starbucks right next door who would've instantly remade the drink. It's not like he drank it and asked for a new one. He was returning a full drink and asking for it to be made correctly because it clearly was not.

Paid $10 for this room temp matcha latte and 2in1 charred roll up.

Worst experience ever. They took a wrong order and later when I wanted them to give me a right one the person at the counter simply said it's my fault. They made it right. I would never visit this place again and if you want to experience the worst and cold responses with wrong orders or sometimes uncooked hash browns you are welcome to go there.

I just wish they wld keep the doors opened during operational hours, and make sure the coffee is fresh!! I'm not asking for a loan.. just fresh coffee!

The prices here are overpriced. Paid $4.50 for a large iced coffee.Also was told they didnt have any doughnuts at 1pm on a weekday.On top of that i watched them make my coffee and set it at the window while 3 employees were standing there and they were to busy talking to take my money and hand it to me right away.Watched my coffee sit there for 2 minutes while they talked and made orders for the cars behind me. wont be going back to this location.
