The staff here might be former Disney World employees, because they are always super friendly and happy! We love coming here. They always get our drinks right and the donuts are fresh no matter the time of day. I wish I had asked the most recent employee for her name, because she deserves employee of the year! She was awesome! (To be continued because I’m going back to get her name)Thank you to all of the employees at this location. We appreciate you.

Every time I come to this Dunkin everyone is so nice!
Stopped in yesterday at 700 E Huggins, Elk Grove.Wanted to buy four $15 gift cards for gifts.Gentleman at the counter said I had to pay cash.Really?? I asked if this was a company policy, he said yes.Drove to another Dunkin, was no problem!
Bad service. I wanted to order the two for $6 bacon, egg and cheese croissants without the bacon. They said it would be more money without bacon, I then asked if they could put the bacon on the side instead of on the sandwich and they said no it wouldn't be the promotion then. I recommend not shopping at this Dunkin donuts!
Please list the price of donuts on your menu.

I wrote this review on Yelp in January and sad to say. Still the same:Hit or miss with the food. Sometimes my breakfast sandwich is over cooked and burnt, other times it is ok. The hashbrowns are always hard and stale and burnt though. LOL they are consistent there.BUT I tell ya the other consistent thing about this place, is the one girls attitude sure stays consistently nasty. I mean pure toxic is spewing outta this girl. Seriously get a different job. You honestly make people depressed girl. She is so impatient too when you order too.BUT today they forgot my bacon and hey the hashbrowns were NOT burnt. BUT the nasty girl is still there. Snooki wanna be.

Very rarely is our order received correctly at the drive thru then we get the wrong thing. Today we got a medium coffee instead of a large when we clearly said large and was only given one hash brown instead of 2. Get some people who pay attention to work in the drive thru. And why is the other not checked before giving it to the customer? When I worked drive thru that's how it was.
