Every time I order hot tea with sugar only they also put cream is it that hard to make a tea!!!!! Happened multiple times already
Terrible service an rude staff. She made a mistake on my order was quick to blame me even though she showed me the receipt and it showed she misread it when making the online order.
Went this morning around 645 whoever was working there, two young guys were pretty rude, bad customer service. Had my sandwich croissant partially burnt.
Ordered a cold brew, and it tasted like cleaning solution. Not sure if its what they used to clean the serving lines, but they weren't flushed if that's the case. Took one sip, about puked. Of course I was a mile or so away so didn't bother to go back. Threw the whole thing away..went to another DD to make sure I wasn't crazy. And definitely verified something wasn't right....because their cold brew tasted good.
12/5/21 8pm. Walked in with no attendants then these 2 tiktokers wearing pajamas sitting like customers chatting away (no masks) asked if they can help me. Had no idea they were employees.I specifically came to this store because of the late hours which shows on their door (open till 11pm). This attendant tells me their closing the doors soon. And then randomly adds “because they’re under age”.Management here needs to get reviewed. I hope the franchise reads this and clean up this joint.

Disappointed. Nobody answers the phone in case you wanna know if the lobby is open for dining in (the Dunkin' app shows different hours than what's posted on the store's door). Then I get there and then I find out their espresso machine isn't working (the reason I came there) and because they don't have what I want I decide I wanna wait inside till the next bus comes but then I'm asked to leave because they are about to close the lobby since one employee is leaving for the night (it's like after 6 PM). So inconsiderate. Find another Dunkin to go to.
I will savr your money and your life by reading my feedback :1-Food smell like lamb meat bad smell2-You gonna have pain in stomach3-Rude custimer service4-Cold food5-the coffee smell like lamb alsobeleive me .. i want to save your time and your money and your DO NOT COME HERE.

Every single time I go there they always mess up my order you guys need to hire a new staff who is actually professional who could do the job correctly. They are rude and I don’t even know if they are legal to even work there. When it comes to simple order it always seems to get messed up. They try charging me for a order that I already paid for. This is very unacceptable as far as when it comes to their professional as well customer service. They always seem to be on their phones while working they take a long time just to get your order correctly.
