I love this place! It’s not a typical bar because you feel at home here. Come see David, Amanda, Sam, Courtney, or literally anyone that works here. The people make the place awesome… not to mention the tasty food!
Love this place! Almost like the old time show "Cheers"! There combos on garlic bread with mozzarella cheese, hot peppers, dipped, with extra Aju is dynamite!Parking is all over the place because it's on a mini mall, but worth it!
I had an order of a pizza, salad, mozzarella sticks, and spinach & artichoke dip with their chips. The pizza and mozzarella sticks were the only things that were actually decent and that's why it gets a 3 star. The salad was old and discolored already, old eggs, the only thing that was decent was the grilled chicken. Obviously I don't expect a gourmet salad, but some fresh salad should not have been an issue. As for the dip, it was super runny and unappetizing. The chips were great and crunchy which was perfect, but the dip was like water. All in all, it was an upsetting experience and I don't recommend it.
Coach's has some of the best staff around! They're super friendly, the menu has a ton of options and 99% of that menu is delicious. Hands down the best bar in the Elk Grove area.
No masks here, just a place for the old drunks from Elk Grove to hang out since Jakes was closed. Walk in here and you can feel the depressing loser atmosphere. Too bad, they used to have lots of kid’s parties and be a family atmosphere, but now it’s just a dive.

I had seen this place, but never stopped in. Took my kids for dinner and the food was surprisingly good. I had a burger that was great and the appetizers were good as well. The funnel cake bites are really good. We will be back.

Have been going to Coaches for many years unfortunately my last visit (carry out) was not a good experience. I called to place a pick-up order and ordered the Lombardi chicken sandwich (the one with mozzarella and garlic). I ask if anything else (lettuce, tomato etc.) comes with it and she said it has green peppers and grilled onions. Thinking I had the wrong sandwich (why wouldn’t I trust the person who took my order) I said “No I want the other one then (with mozzarella and garlic)” She said that’s “Da Coaches” sandwich. So I said yes that’s the one I want. Arrived to pick up my order and someone in front of me was there, got their order and then the woman behind the counter disappeared. I sat there for 10 minutes and rang the bell twice. No one. Finally a waitress came to ring up my order. Got home and realized we got the wrong chicken sandwiches because the woman on the phone told us the wrong toppings on the sandwhich. Will not be going there anytime soon.
bartender he has thick beard was very rude to the customer. His presence is one of the reasons for customers to flee from this place. I hope the management will warn him and give him lessons in literature and the art of dealing with people.
