BEWARE OF ORDERING ONLINE!Ordered a burrito bowl online and was so excited to eat it for my lunch. I opened the lid and my bowl was filled maybe 2/3 of the way. The pollo asada was skimped on, there were barely any black beans, and the guac that I paid almost $3 extra for, was the tiniest portion I have ever seen. Finished it in 4 bites. Next time, I'll just pick up some guac from jewel for the same price. The lettuce I ordered was just not there. Maybe a total of like 10 pieces. Mad disappointing.When I was in-store for my pickup, the people who ordered at the store seemed to have normal size portions and their bowls were filled. I paid almost $13 for my order and should've paid half the amount simply for the portion sizes. Would have liked to not pay at all for the inconvenience. I won't order from this chipotle again.
Do not order online. Frankly I paid for double meat, I don't think there is 1 full serving in here.I should have paid half price for this bowl. It's literally not even up to the RIM when it's a salad with LETTUCE. Not sure if that's how you create your profit margins by skimming people who order for takeout. This is ridiculous.
I was not impressed. The worker who started making my burrito gave me very small portions even though I asked for double rice. I then got a very small portion of chicken along, even when I asked if I could get a little more chicken it was still a less then desirable amount. The rest of the ingredients were also very small amounts. What really set me off was they charged me $8.99 and as I was leaving they made me turn around as I was walking out and re-swipe my card because they charged me incorrectly and I did not even have the opportunity to rescan for my rewards. Just very poorly organized considering I was the only person in line ordering food
Chipotle does a good job keeping things consistent wherever you go. This location did not disappoint either.
After ordering a chicken bowl, and spitting out three or four pieces of chicken because they were pink, semi transparent and clearly not cooked, I brought it to the attention of the manager. He was happy to refund me or offer another bowl. He did not seem particularly concerned that they were under cooking chicken which could potentially hospitalize or even kill somebody. I reported this to their website and I’m interested to see if they will get back to me. Beware if you go there!
Bad rating, as I don't care for their type of food. First & last time there.
I would give this place a 6 but unfortunately they really need to improve their quality of meat. there isn't one time where I haven't gotten some kind of fat or grissel or hard part that I needed to spit out. the food tastes absolutely delicious and and I love the toppings. if they improve this they will get 5 stars for sure
I Love chipotle and my family does too! We stopped by last week for a quick meal which we loved but for some reason I looked at the receipt (which I never do) and I was over charged. We ordered 3 bowls 2 chicken and 1 carnitas and was charged the opposite, carnitas are a little more expensive. Unfortunately I didn't notice until we were home and it was so cold outside that I didn't want to go back. I hope it wasn't intentional.. my cashier was Alberto and the date was 01/05/2022.
Chipotle is always a wonderful resturant to go to for a meal. The food is amazing and ordering is very fast and the simple. Keep it up Chipotle!
No running water in the bathroom no Forks this place is just disgusting..
