Found a piece of plastic that I pulled from my chicken sandwich. Honestly the sandwiches make my stomach hurt. I'm not sure why I decided to give them another try.

This is probably my third and final time coming here... it's near my workplace so I gave it it more chances than I usually give a place. Food is prepared quickly, customer service is about... close to sht.. and how does the food taste? Well if they get it right which looks like a 1/3 shot, it's good. Is the staff knowledgeable on safe covid practices? Slightly. They wear masks but they also throw in the condiments with there supposedly washed hands into fries and chicken nuggets.. instead of setting them aside in the bag.
Went inside, nice & new. Staff was very friendly. Food was fresh & hot. 4 stars because I'm not a big fan of any fast food.
I eat here often. Today was horrible. Was told to wait to place my order while they changed the menu from breakfast to lunch at 11:07. Bread on both the chicken sandwich and whopper was stale and dried out. Onion rings were cold.
Rudest girls working the drive thru. I've only been through twice and both experiences were terrible. The second time I ordered the 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches and a value fry, but once I paid, the girl quickly threw my order at me and immediately dismissed me without giving me the fry. I waited at the window and when she noticed, she seemingly rolled her eyes at me and grabbed my fries. It was like she knew and thought I'd drive off forgetting. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!
Foods decent but every time I go in there the staff at the register is on her phone ignoring me for a stretch before finally putting it down and taking my order. It's completely rude. One time I waited for 10 min while she played on her cell. One of the other times I went there they almost didn't give my sister her card back and when a different girl handed us food we asked for it back and she had to track down a girl who was talking to her bf on the phone to find where she put her card. It's just really unprofessional.
Visited tonight Nov 4th with my girlfriend at 11:07 PM at the drive thru. Extremely rude and uncooperative. I simply asked for a chicken King Sandwhich Made well done and the Woman on the drive thru intercom Refused to take the order. It was nothing difficult that I was asking for. Never have I ever heard an employee at any establishment led alone a burger king say "We cannot do that because we already have sandwhiches made" I can see if I changed my order last minute or if I ordered online and they already prepared the food or if the drive thru was busy(nobody was behind or in front of us). But this was a drive thru order in an empty drive thru with no customers on the inside. For all they know I had a long was to drive for all they know I wanted it well done because I like my food extra crispy none of her business nonetheless. However employee was uncooperative and then said that they can't do it because it would be "hard"? Isn't that the point of well done fried food? Never had a issue with the well done chicken King Sandwhich so either they didn't wanna do it or they wanted to refry an already prepared patty which WOULD make it hard however they're not supposed to refry and prepared food as it would go against health codes. So much for "Have it Your way" thanks alot. Ended up going to America's favorite white castle instead of burger king.

They give this place a long overdue makeover.Must say it has improved maybe new franchisees not sure but much better freasher and cleaner will return BK is definitely hit or miss but I think this is a hit.
