The old woman who was the cashier today was rude, did not have any customer service skills, and just seemed like she hated her job. Don't take that out on the customers. She also was rushing us to complete our order, even though there was no one behind us or in the store. Might want to retrain her and her manners.
Good protein options for hungry band boys, cooked to order at a reasonable price but the bonus was awesome customer service!
They would get 5 stars. But the front of the place looks horrible. Missing windows boarded up siding gone. Been at least 8 months. Total eye sore to the community of Elk Grove village. . Staff great food great. Sad the owners don't care.

5/2022 5* Five stars for this place. Service was quick and great. Chicken of course was fantastic. And I look forward to visiting there again. The Cheese fries were not the best. $4.99 for Cheese fries? Thought it was high. But when I got home, I see there was a small container for $5. And not much cheese. Got to the second layer of fries and it was dry almost. I just won't get that next time. Chicken was good though!!!
The friendly people are what make the restaurant. Food is good and employees make it pretty fresh. Not quite the same place as I remembered 25 years ago.Features: Employees wear masks and there are plastic dividers at register.
Food was good. Took a while to get my food. One window on the right side of the building was shot at and had 2 bullet holes and was shattered the window wasn't covered up. And another window on the left side of the building was boarded up I'm assuming because someone tried to drive thru the building because even the bricks on the bottom of the window was gone too.
Got our food hot and fresh but it took almost 20 minutes, didn't mind waiting
Food is old don't go there please save yourself...
