Fast service, delicious food.The sushi is good with a decent selection of unique rolls along with classics, nigiri, and sashimi.I've also tried their entrees which lean toward the Chinese side of cuisine. The dishes I've tried are what you'd expect, and definitely were filling and tasty.Apps are quick to come out and tasty, and the soups are good as well.Overall great place for lunch, dinner, or takeout (I've done all three).
Stopped there with a friend recently and really enjoyed the ambiance, service and foods. Hope to go back soon!
Ate here twice in one week. Delicious food. Served up very fast. They have a variety of dishes. They hand make the sushi. They serve a variety of alcoholic drinks including sake. Server was very fast and friendly. Absolutely will eat here next time I'm in town. They are closed on Monday.

Loved It ! I used to live in the area and rember the restaurant was a little more upscale and had good Chinese food for Schaumburg and elk Grove. I was really happy to see they expanded to sushi also. Would still highly recommend this place for either category.
flavorless food the beef was weird the sauces were flavorless and watered down. save your money i could cook better asian food then this place. very overpriced for what you get i ordered over $80 worth of food and they had the nerve to charge $1 for some musturd packets not cool. the beef was rubbery and tasted like no beef ever. big bowl same price yet you can tell its real beef and food has flavor ill stick with them from now on
I ordered veggie egg foo young which was really AMAZING! But then I also ordered fried rice & it was literally just brown rice...
Very impressed. To start, the egg rolls are home made and definitely the best we have ever had. I had Hot and Sour soup which was good, but nothing exceptional. I also had a Spicy Salmon sushi roll, which was very fresh.For dinner my wife had the Beef Pepper Steak. The steak was very tender and flavorful. I had the Kung Pao Chicken and the chicken was juicy and the entire dish was very good.The service was very friendly and helpful.We don't live in the Elk Grove area, but would definitely recommend Bistro Dragon.
Our favorite sushi!!!! Reliable, reasonably priced and always so satisfying. Dine in or take out, it’s always a wonderful meal!
They have the best homemade egg rolls and great service. It is small, but has a nice atmosphere and delicious food.
