Friendly environment and clean.Got the 2 dog special. The dog tasted fine. Though it is missing the Chicago traditional poppyseed bun and celery salt .Fries are nothing great just okay.I would skip the fries and save a few bucks.
Alright there's a local skate park near by. I skated for 4 hours straight and this glorious gem was nearby. I spent $20 to love myself and replenish calories. This place is great!
One of my GO TOs for lunch. Great dogs and gyros. I heard the burgers are great too but never had one. I always say I'm going to try one but the Gyros keep calling my name. Also try the cheese logs.
Hot dog itself was good, ingredients were fresh but it seemed like they dipped the hot dog in A LOT of mustardGive it a shot though, just personal preference
Honestly, best gyro that I've had in my entire life! Fries were hot and crispy, just how I like em!Will return to eat here again and again!

Food is really good. Never had any complaints. I will say they truly make one of the best burgers in the Chicago area.I been on a burger quest in the chicago area and tried many many establishments. Lots of great burgers in the Chicago area. But Sammy's to me is the Best. I tell everyone about this place!! They should do an episode on Chicago's best just on there burgers!!! Seriously
Good burger, good gyros and pretty good BBQ. Glad to see tater tots as an option and fried mushrooms (but didn’t have horseradish sauce for dipping). Would also like to see better mask usage by the staff but they were fast and friendly.
Double Cheeseburger, cheese fries and a drink... 2 locations in Elk Grove and this one in Elgin.. Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. ?
Great food. Fries and cheese dip are some some of the best. Quick to get your order and quick to get you your food and out the door. Always friendly.
