I love wingstop and this by far is one of the worst places to order. I ordered 30pc wings and beisides getting the flavors wrong, the wings had no taste. They looked soggy and had no taste at all. I had to season them at home so they can have flavor.
Thought I'd try a Wing Stop 6 pc combo meal. I chose 3 Lemon Pepper and, 3 Louisiana Rub extra crispy with ranch dressing.The wings were really good and, those fresh cut fries!!!! My fave type of french fry because it's better potato flavor (to me).I will get wings from there again!
Door dashed an order from here. Took forever because their system was slow. Finally got my food ready when my dasher had to tell them the order. Asked for two sides of mild sauce for dipping (which I wanted for free because of the terrible wait). Didn't get it because they said they didn't have mild sauce lol even though they toss their wings in them. Totally unprofessional. Will never buy from this location again.
Order chicken tenders from this location and and they basically sat in grease and Parmesan. The cheese fries taste like they have a bit of sugar on them. Not exactly what I was expecting…
I usually like getting Wingstop but last night I ordered boneless wings with the hot sauce, and wound up with a violent case of food poisoning. Just an FYI to the manager, you might wanna check the dates on your sauces, fridge and freezer temps, or your staff’s food handling procedures.Not trying to be a pain, just want to make sure others aren’t going to get needlessly sick.
Customer service was worst. We order boneless and gave us with bone. After wrong order they refuse to change. Never go any wing stop again. We bought again boneless spend $50.00 which are not worthy.
Very bad customer service and food. I do not give even one star but no option. Please check your order before pick up. They pack wrong order and do not take responsibility.Never go this place again.
Hello there, was there today and the front cashier lady was super rude . Rushing us to order our food and with bad attitude. Talk about bad customer service. The manager should consider talking with her about being nice and professional with their customers.Secondly the front young guy working there was really nice and professional thumps up too him.Other then what I mention the food was okay and well prepared.
They are the only wingstop that doesn't mix the sauce. They literally leave the whole back sauce less. No type of even distribution. The paper that they put them on gets more sauce than the actual wing.
DO NOT BUY WINGS FROM THIS LOCATION . Jan 2nd 2022 . Purchased a 10 wing combo just to receive a miserable batch of cold fries with horrible smelling wings ! The wings seem like they’ve been sitting out in a mop bucket then thrown in the frier ! Couldn’t resist the smell that was coming off of them . Bad business ! Would give zero stars if possible .
