Waited almost 35 minutes for my order. Fries were not hot. Front countertop area was disgusting, filled with old receipts and paperwork. New management maybe there but this location has gone downhill fast. Drive to a different location for a clean restaurant
Went to the one in Elgin yesterday and got the Lemon pepper wings which was fine but what happened to your fries. They were the skinny fries, cold and no flavor. I really use to love them but now not so great. What’s going on?
Really good, no trouble and always ready when we want it. Good crew here, I'm always pleased with my wings!
It was our first visit & we're surprised at how delicious the chicken & hand cut fries were. Staff was friendly & kind. Only negative is the dining area & bathrooms could use a good deep clean by a professional service who knows how to clean properly in that environment. Everything sticky & bathroom floor very slippery.
I absolutely love the food from here this location knows how to cook some wings very pleased every time I order I recommend this location out of any of the rest in Elgin IL.

The food is hit or miss, the service is not good either. This was the third time that they mess up my order. Today the fries came very soggy, they were drenched in oil, and they mess up on the flavor of 5 of my wings by giving me plain wings.
Been ordering from this location for almost 5 years, now, all of a sudden, you can't order carryout, without paying with a credit card, ahead of time. Tf is that? If my Cash money isn't good enough for them, I guess their Chicken isn't good enough for me...
Y’all have good food BUTTT YALLL NEED TO DO BETTER. I ORDERED SOME FOOD AND WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED I DID NOT HAVE MY FRIES AND BEFORE Yall SAY THE DELIVER TOOK THEM. HE TOLD ME repeatedly THAT HE ASKED THEM QUESTIONS AND THEY SAID “NO JUST A COKE” WHO ORDERS JUST A COKE I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE FOR A WHILE.
I’ll be honest the wings/food here is great. Some of the best I’ve had. But the customer service is not the best, I had an employee give me so much attitude for no reason, I had asked a simple question and they took it as if I insulted them
