I ordered a Caesar salad and it was half wilted, When you pay almost $10 you should expect a fresh crispy salad. I should have returned it, but I was already home. If there's a next time I will flip it over to take a look before I leave.
I was picking up an order and the food wasn't even made and the employee's were screwing around in the back and not doing the job they were supposed to be doing and when I received my order the food was completely made like someone threw it together the whole burger was a mess and the fries were cold bad experience this time I usually love coming to this location but today might have been my last.
Sadly the double I ordered tasted funny and made me sick. Should have known better...
This store won't let you get a mobile order thru the drive thru! They make you come inside to pick up...no curbside either. I have a knee injury and it's difficult to walk. I can't believe they changed to this policy! I can't come back to this one although the chicken biscuit was great.
Why do I have to drive around because the store is timed on service why can't I just park at the window or you move me up to a parking spot and walk the food out
Dirty, tv doesn’t work, and staff really couldn’t care less judging by the toilet paper all over the bathroom floor & the paper towels sitting on top of the holder. Also the bathroom stalls are so tiny I could barely sit down. Avoid.
Usually have a good experience but not today. My fiancé picked up food for my family and whoever was working drive thru forgot the fries, forgot the utensils and salad dressing.Also ordered regular nuggets they gave us spicy!Ordered online put in the instructions no onions on the burger and surprise surprise they put onions on the burger! The employees either have to be trained better or fired!!!
We love the Baconator great ffries, the lemonade is goog but for our taste a little bit too sweet , other than that satisfy with everything.
