I'm very upset with this wendy's, I work for doordash and I went to the wendy's drive thru to say my order name and they told me to go to the second window and then when i went to the second window they told me to go around again and I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes and my doordash customer was very upset and they gave me a bad review.
Speechless I don't even know what to say I have so much to say about this wendy's first of all they're attitude is huge and the manager is rude if I have to choose between McDonald's and wendy's I'll chose McDonald's even tho I don't like McDonald's i would still choose it because they don't have a bad attitude.
The manager is rude I won't ever got to this wendys ever again. She always has an attitude that gets me upset shes like she doesn't even care about the customer's
Slow service nearly always. Forgotten or wrong sauces nearly always. Frequently out of items. Dirty exterior and terrible parking lot condition. The food is Wendy's food, tastes like it does at every Wendy's. There is another location not even 5 minutes away, and that's the only one I'll go to anymore.
We have never had a bad time here. Always good food. When busy the orders are a little slower coming but worth the wait. The burgers are hot, juicy, and fresh, and I really enjoy them. Now if they would just start filling their fries to capacity, one of the employees was out shoveling the walk and took the time to visit with a customer and make sure they knew it was icy. Another employee delivered our order to the table and came back to see how we were doing. This was not your typical fast food experience. I was very impressed. I'd be a real happy costumer. I will be coming here core often because of the great customer service and food.
This is been one of our go-to Wendy's and they always take good care of us. Unfortunately we are moving out of state so today was one of our last visits there. We've had good luck in getting our orders filled quickly and as requested.
I was here today in the afternoon and I’m very disappointed and frustrated. They took more than 20 minutes in getting my food ready. They had people working on the window of the drive thru which were more efficient than the ones who are attending inside the store. They were all standing around talking instead of attending people.
I’m an overnight worker so I’m always looking for food open late at night. Often don’t find many spots but wendys has been my go to, I love they don’t limit their menu after hours. Including frostys ? my food has always been hot fresh!
Food was great. But what a horrible location for fast food service. This Wendy's building and parking lot needs a serious renovation. The drive thru is always flooded when it rains.
My son loves Wendy's! He would give it 10 stars if that was an option. The ppl that work there and nice and the food is always fresh.
