First time having Taylor Street Pizza and the last time. Very disappointed with the pizza that was delivered. Buy a frozen pizza from a grocery store you will get the same results or maybe even better.
Definitely one of the best spots to order from get the thin or that double dough pizza with pepperoni!
I rarely give only 1 star...I ended up walking out. I was with my friend and wanted to get a couple slices for the road but when we walked in there there was such a foul smell. Smelled like sewage it turned our stomach so walked back out an never got anything. I'm sure there food tastes good but smells like a health hazard in the surprised the Health department hasn't said nothing to them. They really do need to get that fixed soon cause I pretty sure that's not helping there business at all.
Ordered a pizza over an hour and a half ago, and still waiting. I understand that places don’t have lots of man power at the moment, but don’t lie to people and say that it is going to take 45-60 minutes. Be honest with your time frames and let people know that it is going to take you two hours to get their food.
Ordered pizza online from their website at 5pm and they called at 6:15 telling me that they had to void it because they only have one driver and something about mileage. I get that places are short staffed, but it shouldn't have taken one hour and 15 minutes to get a call our food isn't coming when it was scheduled to be delivered around 6pm. Now I have a two young kids past dinner time and scrambling to figure out what to feed them quickly. If a business is that impacted, find a way to limit orders and/or greatly increase delivery times so people know before order it may take a crazy long time to get their food or in our case find out it will be canceled. Just terrible all around!
Awful experience. Ordered pizza at 5:15. Still waiting an hour and half later. Called multiple times and received different answers. First they say its on the way then they say it just got out of the oven. No one knows the correct status. Unacceptable.
Awful at delivery and getting your order ready on time. They want to save money by using their own delivery driver and will make you wait 2 hours without even apologizing.
I really liked that they used fresh jalapeños for my pizza but the crust wasn’t as crispy as I had hoped. The pizza was oily and the fries I ordered were super soggy too when I specifically asked for it extra crispy.
LOVE Taylor. Their pizza by the slice is definitely a recommendation. It's filling, and it's a perfect portion !
The pizza is decent. About what I expect from an average pizza place. Every.single.time I have ordered they are out of something, usually an appetizer, I ordered and have to call me to either pick something else or cancel. If it was just once I would understand but this is five times in a row now.
