Doesn’t close at 1am. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, got up to the window and they said they are closed. Took everyone else’s order in front of me and was stuck in the drive thru for another few minutes. Claimed night shift didn’t show up so they decided to shut down at 11am. What kind of unprofessional management is that? Complete waste of time
Easy to use Taco Bell app allowed my to place my order ahead of time and pick up in the drive thru. I wish they wrapped the tacos a little tighter so that the lettuce and cheese didn't spill out into my to go bag. Tacos were hot and freshly made and tasted great.
Drive thru is very tight and the entrance coming off of McLean is way too steep to enter and exit. This location needs some serious remodeling ASAP.
The wait for the food was very long, which is understandable these days, but the burritos had almost no filling. The other Taco Bell on McLean is consistently better.
Man, this place is bull. I work right over by this location and they ALWAYS screw up my food. Why is it okay for me to pay $3.50+ tax on two separate items but these mf' always give it to me wrong. I always emphasize as well that I DO NOT EAT MEAT. This is not excuse when I was the only customer in the facility.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR ORDERED, AND WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN CALLED THREE TIMES.HOLY HELL, THEY PICKED UP AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I WAS WRONG AND THEY GAVE ME THE RIGHT ITEMS. Meh, not what it used to be from the early 90's fast food in general has gone down hill customer service a joke didn't realize their associates could tell customers to [email protected]#$ off when they feel like it and a manager back that associate so wrong on so many levels!!!!! Thats why a one ?

Love Taco Bell but please fix your entry way, I hate having to scrape the bottom of my car every time I enter and leave the parking lot.
