Terrible experience. I won’t be back. The worst display of vegetables I’ve ever seen. Dried out, scrappy and obviously rotten. The tomatoes were just the ends and when I told him the cucumbers were clearly rotten and he needed to replace them, he said, “They’re fine. I know because I ate one.” They were slimy and yellow throughout the slices. Some even had holes in them. He then proceeded to try to give me a rotten cucumber to see for myself, and I was like, “No thank you.” But then we got home to eat our sandwiches and every single one of of the 4 foot longs we got, the bread was stale and hard. It was so bad. If I could find my receipt, I’d drive back there for a refund. They were that bad. I won’t be back.

Please don't believe 100 % on all reviews.Jessica Garcia is lier and cheap . I was there that time. Basically she wann everything on lower cost. We told her some things are not going on down prices. She tried to act smart but we didn't give up and see argued with us . She left the store.

I do not recommend this place for anything in the world I just had the most horrible experience that I have really had I do not like to argue with people but the person who was assisting me behaved quite rude if I could I would give them 0 stars I did I asked the employee a question and she made sure she hadn't done it and she started insulting me, I preferred to leave the place very disappointed

Just stood there for about 5 minutes waiting on someone to come to the front counter to serve me. Instead I heard bickering and never got the chance to order anything.

Staff, while kind, are poorly trained and not very good at their jobs.Each Subway location is a franchise, and is supposed to adhere to standards developed by the parent company Subway IP inc. There are very specific standards developed that determine how much of a specific meat or cheese goes into a menu item.This Subway location routinely skimps on toppings, shorting each sandwich by 1 meatball, 1 pepperoni, a slice of cheese, a little bit of chicken, etc. This has been confirmed during 4 separate visits to this location. Asking the employees how much of something goes on a sandwich will always being about differing answers on something Subway Corporate is extremely clear on.Additionally, this location refuses to accept almost all coupons and does not participate in promotions. They will likely charge your meal in the most expensive way, not taking advantage of meal combo pricing if they aren't called out.The restrooms have been closed off to customers, with the store citing "Covid-19 Restrictions." These restrictions have been expired for almost a month. It's likely the store has enjoyed not having to keep clean facilities and would like to keep that going.I would like to be clear that the food is not usual bad. On only one visit were vegetables visibly brown or unsavory looking. The sandwiches usually taste like the subway brand sandwiches should taste, albeit with fewer toppings. Cookies are usually undercooked (very soft/raw in the centers) in my experience.The majority of good reviews at this location appear to be from family members of the owner. I would think critically before trusting any of them.

Order twice and not happy with their customer service.First time I order, they messed up 3 of my sandwiches, I called and they offer me a free cookie, are you serious? You messed up a 20 DLS order and you want to give a cookie to make up for it? That's a joke.Second time order was right, but very light on the ingredients. My final statement is they're cheap on every way. Stay away from this location.

Put a drink on my order that I didn’t want. Thanks for the charge I guess. Cashiers pester you to add things you didn’t ask for.

Awesome service! We pulled up at 8:04pm on a Sunday night. They were just getting ready to leave. They saw us pull up and waved for us to come in even though their open sign was turned off for the day. The owner even gave us a thumbs up as in “no problem”. We will remember the awesome service we got. Totally appreciated it. ?
