The experience is not as good when you order on a screen. It just seems less personal to me. We ate outside because there was so much smoke in the dining area from the grills.The food was delicious. I will definitely go back to Steak and Shake, but I probably won't visit this location again due to the smoke.The staff were nice, but overall this location seems like it could use some attention.
They showed us how to use kiosk. Ate alone inside. Good grilled cheese, burger, fries. Nice service!
Went through their drive thru about ten minutes after they opened. And no one was even there. Google maps said they were open, and there was atleast one car there, but still no one contacted us while we waited for any sign of life. Two stars since it was early morning and it mightve just been too early
What can I say.. Just average service from an average fast food joint.Got a milkshake and it tasted ok
Very disappointed with the food. Before it was better service and food portions for the price. Never coming back again. The remodel went worse.
Cash is not accepted which is okay for me as I always use plastic for dinning. The food was tasty but the steak burger was just kinda thrown together but again it tasted so good.
They were so nice to my doggo in the drive thru today! A fun staff is makes all the difference, thank you
I went in the restaurant today and the manager and a worker were making food and bagging food ... With their bare hands.It's literally a box sitting on the table , that has food operation type gloves in it.Very unsanitary and nasty.Also, had to wait for service and they acted like I wasn't there.But to sit up here in 2022 and see this man touching buns, meat patties, cheese and everything else with his hands and cook it, just to hand it off to the guy to hand to people outside the drive thru was very worrisome. I mean we have coronavirus and other viruses all over the place.Manager also didn't have a mask on, while also not having any gloves on , touching food and moving back and forth from the drive thru window area back to the stove.Health department needs to pay this place a visit.
foood was great. loved the kiosk for ordering. but we were the first ppl in for a good 10mins and we were waiting for about 20-25min for our food. while everyone after us was able to received their food. and even the people in drive thru got their food fast . while we were there waiting about 6 cars in drive thru were in and out. i dont think order was taken care of in an orderly fashion…
Incredible, I went through the drive thru and asked for a small order of fries. The guy couldn't understand what I was saying even after I repeated myself. Wildly confusing experience
