This review is to remind myself to not buy anything from this location anymore. The baristas need better training. I’ve had my drink wrong too many times already. Room temperature nitro cold brew, regular coffee with 2% milk when I ordered a flat white with oatmilk and when I asked them to remake it, they gave me a latte ?,a shaken expresso not shaken…etc.
Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. We had a large order that we placed online and chose the drive up to pick up the order because it was raining. When we arrived to pick up our order, they told us we needed to go around because it was too large an order to put through the drive thru. When asked to make an exception the girl in the window said "NO! You need to come inside!" This order was for teacher appreciation week and we do not feel appreciated for the way we were treated at this location!
This Starbucks is always jam packed and the poor thing, didn't take long before it got broken into. I don't get why you would put it here, in this terrible ghetto spot. But anyways it is always busy, so that must mean it's doing good business wise.
I have to leave a review because I really don't want this to happen to anyone else! I come to this location often and I will say that lately they have stepped up their game even when understaffed. I would have loved to give a higher star rating, but today was a disaster. PLEASE GET LIDS THAT ARE APPROPRIATELY FIT TO YOUR CUPS. Today the lid popped completely off my drink while I was driving and coffee splashed everywhere onto the center console and electric buttons/gears of our brand new truck. I am so upset because this is not the first time their lids were not the correct fit and caused me to spill my drink. I was even purposely being extra careful because this has happened several times before, but it clearly wasn't enough. Praying the electronic parts of the car aren't ruined. Please warn your customers!

I’m not one to complain but for six dollars you think you would get at least a little less ice this cup is filled to the rim with ice and just that much liquid it’s unreal.
bad customer service. i literally work at starbucks and my starbucks is nothing like this one. ours literally always tries to make our customers feel comfortable, i hate going to this one. when i use my numbers, they question me like crazy. the one in south elgin or dundee is nothing like this one, im always so taken back at how bad their customer service is. i will avoid this starbucks, im good, don’t wanna go somewhere i feel judged and get questioned about me being a partner when i clearly am. that red hair girl needs to work on her staring problems, she scolded someone taking my order in front of customers ?
Wait time is about average as most Starbucks are to be expected. Staff is very polite and communicative every time i use the drive thru.
Seriously, I love starbuck and having coffee and breakfast very ofen from them. But pls be nice to your customers, some workers seems rude while taking orders, even no smiles, no thank you at all
Manager sits in the store in plain clothes and obnoxiously yells in a valley girl accent while on the phone and talking to staff. Customers should use the drive thru and corporate should do some restructuring.
