They need to get more humans workers slow process bit the coffee ☕ was good ? ?
I was there a few days ago. I'm not sure I got what I ordered. I will call and ask because I have ordered from other store and it was different.

The employee are fine, but the drink is what gets me. Ive been drinking the caramel frappe for a few weeks now and the last 2 times I got it it only tasted like sugar. Zero coffee taste, not even a caramel taste(i didnt ask for anything extra) . My last order today tasted like there was sugary alcohol and i just threw it away. is this a new recipe or something? It tastes over the top sugary...like blended ice with just sugar. Just when i thought trying starbucks out again would be a good idea....they just miss the mark too frequently. Imma keep going to Blue Box Cafe.
I love starbucks but Imagine Pikachu taking your drive through orders? I wish I could give these hard workers 10 stars… even tho these location is very busy every day bc of its location they are fast as they can.
This is the third time they mess up my drinm. They have blamed the light ice for it being the way it is so today i didn't ask for it and it still came out with chunks and when i told them, they said they were 'remaking it' and gave me the same drink that was just passed around. This is the only starbucks that I've been to that blames the ice for their mistakes.
This is a nice and spacious Starbucks. I ordered an iced pumpkin creme coffee and a bottle water. The water in the front cooler had just been restocked, so they were still room temp. The staff member who took my order went and got me a cold one from the small fridge at the drive thru! Very nice of her and appreciated. Overall, one of the nice Starbucks I've been to recently.
The drive thru line was massive, but they had someone taking orders on a tablet outside which helped speed along the line. Love it!
