Food arrived at 11:10pm called to place the order at 9:30. Ordered a small pizza and bone in wings. Never had a issue until today delivery driver pretended to not know where to go then my food was very cold just had to microwave everything plus the wings were dry I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location to anyone unless I should have ate cereal.

Great food as always.But, 4 employees there.All 4 employees were not wearing a mask.This is against the governor if Illinois, mask mandate. It could actually make someone very sick.Who, wants, a restaurant workers, breathing on their food. All restaurant, workers, should always have a mask.Also, on a delivery. You need, to write a name on ang food package everything.Customers ware their masks.
The Elgin location doesn’t taste 1/2 as good as the Gilbert’s location!!! And it’s less expensive! $36 family meal with 20 wings and a 2 liter was DELICIOUS!!
I ordered an 18 " pizza and some boneless wings at 5:25 pm on Christmas day. I was told that they were busy and it would be any where frminutes.i called after an hour and a half looking for my pizza. I was told it would be another hour.After waiting another hour ,still no pizza. I called again,only to be hung up on after being on hold for 12 minutes. I d ur to an hour 20 minute I finally received my Luke warm pizza and cold wings at 8:37pm. For a total of 3 hours and 10 minutes delivery time. This is unacceptable in any food industry. If they are that busy, they should stop taking orders.At least if that told me up front,I could have made other dining arrangements. They did not as so much as even offer me any kind of. Discount. Last time at this place for me. Next time it's Malnatis,they never let me down.
Pizza was overcooked, barely any sauce on it. Cold when it arrived after 2 hours of placing the order. The guy who answered the phone seemed lost. I will not be returning. ✌
I'm from Cali and this is the best pizza ? I've ever had! Flavors are amazing and the dough is phenomenal! Great prices and hours! NUMBER ONE PIZZA IN THE WORLD!
They don't honor prices on they menu. Lack of sauce. Lazily topped. Definitely not made with love here.
Ordered a simple combo sandwich (Italian Beef & Sausage).Sandwich is good.Temperature of the sandwich is good.Taste of Italian sausage could've been better. I prefer the taste of Portillo's Italian sausage.I also prefer to order pizza at this location.
Fast, friendly delivery. Great pizza, great pastas, delicious beefs and cheesy beefs. As well as the gyros.
