I’ve never had a bad meal eating here . The manager was so friendly and gave my son a free drink .
First of all the doors were locked even though it’s 2 pm in the afternoon. The worker/manager was trying to imply that they’re closed but their drive through is running? Anyways, what really made me upset was that a white guy came in with no problems, but then these two kids who are African American wanted to come in and eat, they all tend to ignore them. I opened the door for these kids because they’re hungry too. Manager was racist clearly and had an attitude. Will be calling corporate to tell them how racist their manager was. He’s Hispanic , dark haired , and short.
Rudest manager I ever encountered asked for the 10 piece special was told they only had dark meat ask could I be compensated he told me no can’t you see we ran out of food and our truck is here dropping food off. Use to stop there at least twice a week since they opened will never go there again
This place is terrible. Food is never cooked all the way. It is always out of something. It’s either shrimp or condiments. Completely surprised it hasn’t shut down yet. Stay away unless you’re a fan of disappointment.
Walked in to order and after waiting ten minutes walked out without placing an order. There wasn’t anyone in front of me but the cashier refused to turn around and acknowledge the line of people that had formed up behind me. I will not go back to this location because of their lack of customer focus.
This was my last visit, I have been to this location 3 times, my first visit the food was great it was hot and fresh. The other two times the food was luke warm and the chicken strips were dry.
My wife and stopped in after I got out of work so I got a spicy chicken sandwich and my wife got a three piece meal. Everything was cold my sandwich and my wife’s meal the chicken looked like it was sitting out all day and that was cold as well. The guy who took our order was nice so that was a plus to a other wise lackluster experience, I not gonna bother coming back. I got Louisiana ripped off for cold dry food!!!
I went to Popeyes on January 29, 2022 to get a chicken sandwich and fries for my daughter, and after I left I looked in the bags they threw the fries in the bag. They did not place the fries in fries' holder or container which ever way you want to say so unprofessional.
I ordered quite a bit of food for a family. They got the order correct and thankfully there were no cars ahead of me in the drive thru. I always forget to order the special sauces, I wish they would offer especially when I ordered the shrimp. Bummer!!!!
My total was 21.80. The cashier in the drive through dropped my 80 cents and requested I pull over and pick it up in 10 degree weather. The "manager" came to the window and stated she would not give my order if I did not give them another 80 cents. I requested my money back and she along with about 4 or 5 other crew members closed and locked the drive through window and she turned her back to the window. When she decided to turn around and unlock the window. I asked for corporates number She refused to give me corporate's number and when I requested her name initially she refused then stated... Oreana... which seemed like a lie.
