Tables Were Dirty. We Ordered Spicy Chicken. We Got Regular..Very High Sodium
After seeing an employee give the food to a customer outside the front door I asked and gave him my pickup order. He then said to go to the drive through. It was packed.
Mac and cheese new recipe is giving us aDowngrade, there is no such thing as home made in a fast food and it taste awfull.
If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. I pull up and order thru drive thru, I could not even understand the lady. I order shrimp combo with 2 tenders and fries, Dr. Pepper. When I pulled up to the window the lady was rude, handed me my drink did not even bother to give me straw. She had attitude entire time looking at me mean and rude. Seems like she was mad that I even came thru. I get my order there was 7 shrimp total, no honey she did not even bother to ask me about the sauces. If I could do a survey I would but there is no survey code on the receipt. Food especially shrimp tasted chewy dry, tenders were dry. It was almost like it was leftovers from last night and re heated. I will never go there again, lesson learned. Very disappointed, my dog would not even eat it!!
I order at 10 pm on my Mobil app because it says they close at 11 I get ther at 10:30 and the guy on drive thru said we are close but I still get charge on the Mobil app I end up with no money and no food for my kids on a Friday night and the guy couldn’t even refund me so upset my kids didn’t get to eat their Popeyes update your hours
Store doors closed, only drive thru open when I went at 9 pm. Cashier was not wearing gloves and he was also prepping the order. Took a while to get order
It’s obvious the owners work here and they have no business communicating with people. He uses profanity when you complain about an order they messed up. Zero professionalism and it’s obvious the franchise doesn’t care who represents their brand. Horrible experience!
Took forever for them to even talk to me through the drive-through ended up having half of the things that I would like including no fries at this location. Horrible.
This place is horrible!!! They don’t speak english… took forever… no uniform …. The entire family is working here kids and all…. Chicken had so many feathers on it I couldn’t eat it. They are mean and so angry!!! Had to repeat my order 3 times… Wouldn’t accept my coupon!!!! Biscuits hard!!! What happened to this Popeyes!!!!
Food was cold and bun was half ripped. Was a big fan of this location but it looks like new management has no care for quality
