The worst service that I ever had. We love Pizza Hut but not in Elgin. We ordered 2 custom pizza breadsticks fries and pasta, price was $64 for delivery we gave $80 with the tip. The delivery guy forgot a custom pizza, and when I called them and talked with the night manager she was very mean and rude she told me we would get the pizza in another 40min after we already waited 40min. And when I said I can’t wait because it’s for kids she says she didn’t care because she’s not a driver. Then she put my phone on hold and never picked up. I called from 2 other phones and still didn’t pick up. So we’re missing a pizza and money. And I gave the most generous tip. Absolutely don’t recommend Pizza Hut in Elgin awful night manager
Manager is RUDE after they made 2 mistakes on my order, she acted like it was my fault. Big long sighs and an attitude. I will NEVER order from here again and if you want your food right and no horrible cuatomer service, don't order from here either bc they don't care about customer service or quality.
The delivery was very quick. It only took about 15-20 minutes. The pizza was also hot and done exactly the way I wanted it. The delivery guy was very friendly as well!
Horrible customer service. Placed an order on their app. Had and ETA of 3 HOURS for delivery. I could understand an hour or hour and a half but not 3! I tried calling 6 times and no one, I mean NO ONE answered the phone. They just let it ring and ring until it disconnected itself. I wanted to cancel my order so I didn't have to wait 3 hours to eat. I ordered from another Pizza place. As soon as I got a notification that they were on their way, pizza hut just shows up at my house. I couldn't complain or not pay the driver because they are probably just a delivery driver, and have no idea what goes on in store, but now I have 2 orders of food. Will probably beverages order from Pizza Hut again. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!
I ordered a pizza a few days ago. I had my mouth set for a large stuffed pizza. The pizza was delivered. When I opened the box. Pizza was burnt. I tried to upload a photo here but for some reason Google won't let me. Edit. Uploaded pizza.
Great pizza! Got it delivered from Uber eats and it was perfect- exactly what I was craving! Will definitely be revisiting this location and making it my go-to Pizza Hut!
I ordered and completed my order @ 5:52 pm. The online site said 25-35 min. I called at 6:50 to find out where the food was. It did not show up until a few minutes after 7 pm. I had a meeting and hardly had time to eat. The food was hot but very late. Also very few toppings on the pizzas. Definitely not what I expect from pizza hut.
Waited over 2 hours for my order. They called and said the driver had issues they were making a new order to send out. Meanwhile we had kids who were hungry and waiting with no compensation. No sorry, no credit,no coupons. Nothing... Very disappointed with Pizza Hut
We ordered our pizza at 6:15. It was not deelivered until 7:40. It was cold. I felt sorry for the driver because it was not his fault. I feel as though we should not be charged.I checked several times on the app and it showed that it was inroute or being deleivered by 7: pm.
Actually get the order correct and cook the pizza fully. This order was for a deep dish (which I paid extra for) and received a hand tossed pizza. The last pizza from this location was under cooked to the point of being doughy in the center. Never had a problem at any other location but this one.
