Worst pizza EVER, They said is was monzarella cheese, but it's not, it wasn't stringy and it smelled like old sneakers!!! Tasted like old sneakers could! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Oh ya this was on E. Chicago St. In Elgin
It's pretty ok. Sometimes the pizza needs to be cooked a bit longer but other than that it's fine 5.5/10
Idk why they call this fast food. They send a doordasher instead of a delivery man an the food came in a hour an a half. I refuse to pay for food from a fast food place that's 1.5 hours late after I Waz told 30 min. Will not be ordering from them again.
Been coming here for 20+ years and sometimes I want to rate it as a one star but everyone makes mistakes. Today the service was exceptional and the pizza was hot and tasteful.
I had a great experience on pizza hut and Good location. it's very convenient to where I live. I always order pizza from here and it's always very delicious and fresh. My particular favorite is a pepperoni pizza with the cheesy stuffed crust, but I'm always open to the many options and toppings that have. Absolutely love this Pizza hut. staff is very kind and friendly, very polite and professional and always take care of the orders. Service was fast. The place is neat and an amazing, you can go and relax and have a good time here. highly recommended. My kind of pizza. I had a great time, will go again. Never been disappointed here.
Unfortunately, I received a cold pizza twice. Although it was the only drawback, it is very significant when it comes to pizzas. In addition, the atmosphere in the place is very nice, the service is polite and efficient.
They forgot the pasta and pizza was half way cooked.
So we got a large pan pizza for curbside pickup and when we were halfway home, I opened the box to take a bite and I noticed the crust was completely different. It wasn’t the original (legendary) Pizza Hut pan pizza crust they’re know for. So my fiancé and I drive all the way back to the Pizza Hut since their phone NEVER WORKS. I told my fiancé to take the pizza box in to show them that the crust isn’t the same. We are completely aware that due to COVID restaurants don’t take touched food back, however the guy who runs this place took the box back with his bare hands; in addition to this he said the original pan crust flavor doesn’t exist anymore which makes no sense because we ordered a flavorless crust. Again, we had no intentions on getting another box of pizza, I mainly love Pizza Hut for the crust, so we just wanted a replacement. Overall I’m concerned that the place doesn’t follow certain precautions especially when Covid cases are so high. He and another guy were the only ones running the Pizza Hut so obviously he was helping in the process of making the pizzas. My fiancé used their bathroom as well and for someone who is not high maintenance like me, he said the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There were bugs and fungus growing on the left corner of the bathroom and toilet brush was thrown in the middle. Very disappointed. If that’s the bathroom, imagine how unsanitary our food is. 1 star since the pizza looked good though- still not the same pan crust even after the remake.
I used to love Pizza Hut. This tasted terrible. It tasted sour. No dipping sauce for mozzarella sticks. You asked how I wanted Pizza cut. I said ? I got squares. I ordered at 3:40 , was here at 5:10. Crust soggy and just warm. Just not the same. I will most likely not order again.
The ease of ordering on the app was a breeze. The requested pick-up time and staff were friendly when received my order. The way the food was fully sealed up was nice because it shows that they took their time making sure to follow safety protocol. The quality of food was very satisfying.
