My son found this place years ago when he lived in Elgin with friends. What brought him in was the huge garden beside the restaurant. I had forgotten about it, but happened upon your posts on FB. Such deliciousness was utterly tempting! We were in Elgin for the kids Well Checks and decided to stop in for breakfast after the appointment. It did not disappoint! Paul’s was my very first restaurant as a baby, my family has been going there for well over 25 years. The food is always incredible and the service is wonderful. I cannot wait to be back soon for a turkey club and a bowl of cream of chicken and rice ♥️ thank you for being such a huge part of my life !

We have come to this restaurant a few times in the past. The food was good but beef sandwich hardly had any beef. The salad was skimpy and the Turkey dinner was small for the price. Usually we would have a doggie bag to bring home but not anymore.
Food was average!Service was above average.Turkey dinner and Pepper steak could of been hotter, eatable though!
This is a family owned restaurant with a vast menu, I'm told Sunday brunch and a pleasant atmosphere. Food is good, I had an really good Cesar salad with chicken and my friend had the rack of ribs with all the trimmings. Portions are generous, food is fresh. Bathrooms are clean. Nice staff. Very pleasant experience.
The Server was great but the food was just so-so. Everything was served a bit cold and as for food quality/taste, I've simply enjoyed the same items more elsewhere. IMHO, The Big Skillet up the road is a better choice for me.
A beautiful and exclusive restaurant. Very good food, delicious drinks and professional service. Short waiting time for service and standard time of serving food.
They still have a pie wheel! Great food, service and nostalgia. The building is cool as well. I housed their chicken parm, vegetable soup and pecan pie. We will be back.
This place is amazing and food is delicious. They also have bakery items. Service was top notch.
