Ordered via Ubereats. Food was inedible and took 1.5hrs to be done and delivered. The driver texted me when they arrived, as the restaurant hadn’t started on the order.Pasta smelled like stinky feet and tasted horrible. Chicken wasn’t fully cooked.Never again!

I order lunch for delivery. I called because it was running late. Christian answered and told me it would be to my work soon. About 7mins later he called me back to apologize and explain that their delivery service was having car issues. He asked if I wanted to come pick up my food and I explained to him, my lunch break was almost over. He apologized again and offered me a refund and a my meal for free for my inconvenience. Although I had to result to eating water for lunch, I was grateful for his offer and picked up my meal after work which actually worked out better. He made my food fresh. Not only was Christian great at customer service but the mango habanero wings and cobb salad was delicious ?. Thank you so much Christian, you're Awesome!
I am a teacher and was looking to get pizza for a staff lunch. I ended up speaking and working with the owner, Jai, and he was so wonderful and easy to work with! He shared that they also partner with other local schools for fundraising and other things. My staff raved about the pizza! We will definitely be ordering from them and working with them again! Worst spaghetti and meatballs I ever had in my life. Ordered night of 1/15/22, chk # 29.Spaghetti was cut up in small pieces and beyond overcooked. I couldn't bite into the meatballs as they were harder than a hockey puck.I called and a rude guy said he would remake. I said no thank you, would never go there again as it was my first time.He said he was new and then hung up on me after I asked how could a cook make this. I had to beg for a refund.
