Very friendly, helpful and nice young lady who worked the cashier. The food was good as well. It looks like there is a ton of traffic at this specific location and they handle the volume efficiently.
Tried the new chicken sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! And of course I had to get the broccoli cheddar soup which is my favorite! Always excellent food and service!
They let me place my order even though it was closing time. Young man at the window was very nice. Salads were good.
Don’t waste your time trying the NEW chicken sandwiches for $11.00 dollars.Worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!Go to Popeyes or chick fil a for twice the sandwich for more than half the price.
The service was great and the food was delicious! We went there on a school field trip with students to practice ordering and paying at a restaurant. It was a very positive experience for us all. The staff was very patient and pleasant. Our cashier, Irais, was very kind and helpful. Another employee (Daniel) who cleared our table, was very friendly and courteous. He took a group picture for us and made us feel welcome.
The older lady who was taking our order was extremely rude. We were standing back looking at the menu trying to figure out what we wanted. I am a vegitarian so i was having a hard time finding something i could eat as there were no markers indicate what was a vegitarian option. So i used my phone to look at what ingerdiants were in things. She continued to give us an attitude because we werent ready, even though we werent in anybodies way. Then when i went to order my food and ask for it to not have chicken she interjected and tried to tell me to just get the Mediterranean sandwich which isnt what i even wanted. Overall horrible experience and wouldnt recommend going to this location if you have food restricitons.
If you order for pickup off the shelf just inside the door, be prepared to walk all the way into the restaurant and look for your bag behind the counter. Very good chance that’s where you’ll find it if you’re there any sooner than 20 minutes after ordering your food. This didn’t just happen once or twice when they were busy. It’s a very regular occurrence and has even happened when they were not busy at all.
I go here every week or so. I wrote dust me in dust on the counter the beginning of Jan 2022. Two weeks later it was still there. I informed the manager and she wiped half of the dust off. Me and my family love the food here, but this is gross and it's directly above the food prep area.
My family of 4 went today for lunch. We ordered, 1 salad, 1 bread bowl and two, pick 2's. $ 80.00 y'all !!! Not a practical place to even eat lunch with your family anymore. That's outrageous for what its. Soup, salad, and half sandwich's.
Always good, fill your drink 2/3 hibiscus 1/3 agave lemonade and you'll be in heaven.
