I went to this place this afternoon with my grandsons, and as soon I woke inside the employees was mad because I put them to work with my order, and even so I show them in my phone what I need they still had it wrong
Left me standing at the counter without even a hello for over five minutes. People were standing right there, just ignoring me. Won't go back. Develop some customer service skills.
Their ice cream is great - but who can ruin ice cream? Extremely overpriced, though. Two "large" hot fudge sundaes set me back over $15.

Make sure they are using gloves ? because they do have them & should be using them, when there Saturday the 1st not busy at all and shift manager takes my order touching nasty registers and then he continues to go get my 4 cones and grabs them with no gloves ? after he was just touching his forehead and nasty ? register like really dude? Unbelievable. Corporate office got a nice email about this so hopefully they start wearing gloves ?. ???❌?

My friend had never had Oberweis so we drove and got way more than we were expecting due to a Buy 3 get 1 free sale. He loved the ice cream. I really recommend chocolate. If you have a super sweet tooth I think you'd like birthday cake cause it was way too sweet for me which is a first
Oberweis is such a MAGICAL place! My hubby & I keep forgetting to come by, and on a road trip home, he wanted ice cream and this was the first place that came to mind. After 3 years of curiosity, we will DEFINITELY be going back regularly!!! ? ?? All of the flavors are HEAVENLY and after looking on their website and finding out about their methods and how much pride they take, we are SMITTEN ? Always loved buying milk from here & same goes for the delicious lava cake they offer. Its well worth the 20 minute drive compared to the other dessert options nearby me.
Best ice cream around. I also recommend the chocolate milk it's delicious.
