I ordered dinner for me and my friend. I made the order for pick up. When I got home I realized both of the orders were incorrect, after noticing this I then called to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke to was really cool & told me to come back & they would fix it. I let them know I live 20 minutes away & wouldn’t be coming back that night so he said come in whenever your back in the area. This evening I decided to stop by and when I did the manager on duty took my order saw the receipt & went to make the order correctly. When he gave me the food I checked it before leaving this time & it was wrong once again. He then argued with me and told me I was wrong. I ordered a bowl and the bowl had steak in it, he argued with me over and over again saying that I never said add steak. Finally he made it and over all was just really rude. He began laughing at me and telling his co workers that I never said steak. This was over all a terrible experience. I was so embarrassed and all I wanted was my dinner and made right. Not only did they mess it up the first time but a second time.Also not to mention the kitchen was filthy along with the dinning area inside. On the kitchen floor they had card board boxes broken up and all over the floor those were also filthy dirty. Not sure why they had the entire kitchen floor made of broken down card board boxes but it was gross and they were filthy.
Well let me start off by saying, I've eaten here before(inside) and it was delicious, but today I tried the curbside because I was running late for work. And I got a large buttery noodles dish with extra sauce, and the noodles weren't cooked all the way and extra sauce was like a spoon and half more. Like seriously. So I'm very disappointed with the food today. Definitely won't be doing that again.
Pretty good food, but it's hard to eat when, while waiting for your takeout order you have to look at the filthy floor where the food is being prepared.
Almost always gets the order wrong when placed online, or becomes too busy to place orders frequently. May as well be carryout only.
Spectacular noodles! They're my favorites. Highly recommend it!
Had take out on 27th They were really busy that day. Every staff knew their job and the wait time was not that bad. I comnend those staff. Good job all around.
Food was decent , but service was not all on board , stood there waiting for our food, ordered online etc wound up being put on a counter somewhere else instead of the pick up shelf even though was asked If i needed help and stated " just waiting for my order" even gave my name , cooled off for about 10 mins before I got it , still had to drive home
Clean restaurant with a friendly and courteous staff. I ordered the BBQ Mac & Cheese. They make a delicious Mac & Cheese. The next 5 customers after me also ordered Mac & Cheese. Great comfort food during cold weather.
I can't believe I never reviewed Noodles and Co???I have been coming here for years.Anyways my go to is always the Japanese Pan Noodles.But I decided to try the new spicy beef noodles. They are not spicy FYI, it is more sweet honestly. But not bad.The pot stickers are always good.Also tried a few other dishes but I will most likely keep getting the japanese pan noodles.Service is always friendly, but the soda machine hates me! It wouldn't recognize my touch or I'm probably a ghost LOL
So I came with my family expecting a good meal. I order the shrimp scampi and all I can’t say it’s. Please do not come here, please don’t! the tomato in my pasta was not even cook and everything my family order tasted like it was just warmed up We will not be con back
