Only ketchup and Only mustard... still got onions and pickles. Burger prepared completely wrong but the ticket read correctly.
I got great food except for the fries, they were as hard as a chip

One of the best McDonald's I have come across in IL. I remember when it was torn down and rebuilt and the food is still amazing if not better. The sweet tea here is amazing and almost better than my grandma's.
We paid for 3 fries and the kid working at the drive thru second window said we did not pay for it. He already missed half of the order we paid for and refused to give us the last fry that we paid for. He said we need to drive all the way around to pick up our fry. Makes no sense. He gave us attitude, rolled his eyes.
Only got pancakes for a friend that was in the Nursing home. I won't eat there anymore since they replaced the southwest salad with something that looks like a salad u get a Walmart! Actually looks like the identical salad. It's not near the same as the original salad. ?and their hamburgers?? U don't want to know what they are!?????????
Waited in line for 20 mins for them to tell me they had no ice cream. Even tho we seen a lady inside eating ice cream when we pulled up
Went through the drive thru it bit busy took a while. Next time gotta watch the time bit the staff was super friendly
Only problem I have is the manager. His name is Michael he throws the orders around and then walks away. You been a manager for a couple of years now and still haven't changed. Then I heard him say to one of his employees that he'll tickle them? Aren't they highschoolers?
I wish I could give 0 stars, went through the drive-through around midnight and placed my order, waited over 30 minutes for my “FAST Food!” A Female larger build employee was walking around aimlessly after honking my horn after 30 minutes she handed my food to me without saying a single word, I asked for ketchup she handed it to me again without saying a single word. Didn’t apologize for the time I had waited for my food.. she just left the window.
