I have nothing agaisnt fast food service in fact my first job was Mcdonalds this particular location ia down the street from my house but I rather travel to the other side of town for a different Mcdonalds then go to the one in Summit street.Today my boyfriend went to get me an oreo Mcflurry they did not mix it they just put the oreo on a sunday, also this location never please the customer of you ask for a frozen the flavor you chose they claim the out of it, if you ask for ice they out of it, anything you asl they just ran out or something is not working so they are not able to make it. This Mcdonalds is the shame of Mcdonalds coorporation, should close for good
Worst McDonald restaurant, mostly every time that I order to take out they serve wrong orders. Usually missing something and couple times I had to wait for more than 20 minutes, please guys take seriously your job is really frustrating when I got home and have to return because you didn't right your job.
I really enjoyed the service good fast and my they got my order right.
Waiting 20 mins 4 sausage McMuffins no egg and two hash browns now I'm running late to work and Yes I want a receipt why wouldn't I
Worst service I have ever received. I placed a mobile order at 6:10 pm on 7/8/22 near the McDonalds. I made it thru the drive thru by 6:15pm and they had me wait at the secondary waiting window for my order. Waiting there for 20 minutes and no one brought me my food. I had to go into the store and wait almost another 10 minutes for them to give me my order. They never made my food until I went inside. I did not get so much as an apology for the wait or inconvenience. I ask to speak to manager but was ignored. I was given the store number and left shortly afterwards. Visit at your own peril.
1/200 I waited 10 minutes for 1! Mc flurry it was even melted do not recommend I tried cancelling my order but they wouldn't let me ! Do not go!!
Raw burgers everytime I order. Place is a health hazard
Messed up my order multiple times. Guy kept asking me if i ordered this, ordered that. No! I just told you what i ordered. Manager asked for my receipt. Never got one. Had to place another order for what they missed. Waited at the 3rd window and only got my 2nd order. They completely forgot my original order. Finally got my food. Looked at the big breakfast with hotcakes and the sausage was missing. How do you mess up 1 sausage egg mcmuffin, 1 sausage mcmuffin, 4 hash browns and a big breakfast with hotcakes?! Staff had such a bad attitude and from what i see from other customers, this place needs to reeval their employees. Im not one to complain but when an order is incorrect multiple times in ONE trip and the employees thinks it's ok to give attitude when THEY messed up, then we have a problem.
Worst location anywhere. If you want to hear the wrong order everytime, go here. Training desperately needed. I ordered 1 happy meal. I was the only person in the drive through. Laziness and not caring is evident. Just read the other reviews.
