Food is amazing but a little pricey. Plan on spending at least 100 bucks for 2 people.

We came here on a Saturday night and ordered a lot of food. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! I think the price was well worth it.
I had no idea salsa verde could be this bad. And the red salsa...skip it all together. Steak and chicken tacos had a nice flavor. But boy were they dry and tough. Maybe once you've been drinking it'll be much better. It's not bad, but it's not great either.
Only 6 small shrimp’s come in the plates for all the shrimp plates. Rice, few fries and salad. Understanding everything is expensive but not fair for those prices.

I ordered a pina colada through grubhub and they didnt bring it to me. I contacted el charco and they tell me they didnt see that on my order. Only the other item i ordered besides my drink. They did not offer to redelivered or anything. They told me to call back in the afternoon when their manager is in. Which is very inconvenient as i obviously really wanted my pina colada. The person i spoke to said she would give me a call back and has not called yet. This is not the first time i have an issue with this location as when my coworkers and i order taco Tuesday for pick up they always tell us they do NOT have change and if they can keep our change. One or twice i would understand but this has been done on multiple ocassions.
We definitely have been here multiple times and we never have a disappointment. Great eats with great taste! We always grab the Langostinos because the flavor is unmatched and they’re quite hearty. We will be back soon. I can say my only complaint was that we had to get up and get our own napkins and constantly ask our waitress to come over for items like plates and napkins and utensils especially having large portions to split. My last complaint was that we were stuck with a 18% gratuity with a table of 3 adults and a baby. My understanding was tables of 6 or better were mandatory to charge the gratuity fee. My waitress was nice and friendly when she did manage to come around (it was lunch time and not busy) but did she merit almost $30 given my review above? No, but I will be sure to ask about it next time I go. I don’t mind paying but I was shocked to see it when it wasn’t disclosed at the beginning of service or lack of. Our last time was at least 4 months ago so my memory betrays me as far as if my boyfriend and I and my son were forced to pay 18% tip but to my recollection we did not. Nonetheless, don’t let my experience from today stop you from coming in!
