Little Caesars is great fresh and hot.Don't expect the same if you try to reheat the next day. Or later that eve. But fresh and hot it's great pizza❗
The fact that I had to wait 60mins for 1 pizza is crazy. You need to hire more workers or something because no one should be waiting that long for a “hot n ready” pizza!
I use to love Little Ceasers, would even get it about 4 times a week... but now wait time is always so excessive when you walk in. I'm sitting here tryna order it online with a gift card I got, yet paying with a gift card isn't an option online??? So I go ahead and call to place my order, but here I am 45 mins later still on wait. RIDICULOUS.I
I would recommend another option than LC as the quality is poor at most establishments. This is the second LC where it's understaffed, there are teenagers running it, wait times are ridiculous, and dust is everywhere...but you get what you pay for I suppose. I don't even eat here. Just picking up orders for DoorDash is a pain.
Worst customer service! They never have anything ready a single pizza order takes 40 minutes! Save your self time don’t go here there are other pizza places near by and much faster service

I've ordered from here multiple times. 7 out of 10 times I've ordered CHEESE STUFFED CRAZY BREAD, and always get regular crazy bread. Today, ordered again and of course REGULAR CRAZY BREAD! It's really not that hard you guys.
Delivery on their app is kindof a joke. Then they didn’t give the driver our drinks, so she had to go back. So 40 min later- though I’m still waiting (and after putting in the order 1 hour beforehand) I’m a wee bit annoyed. This place is so close, I wish it were better :(
They never answer the phone and when I go to the store I’m told the wait time is around 15-20 minutes.
