Chicken was cold and greasy, fries were soggy. Didn't get what I ordered. Won't be going back. If I could rate below 1 star, I would.
I'm seriously reviewing a KFC. Because they were so awful, you say? NO! Because the food was amazing. Everything was hot, crispy, and served EXACTLY how it was supposed to. When does that ever happen in a fast food place? Not often, but this KFC was so good, I would drive the 30 minutes from my house in hopes they could recreate what they did on my last visit! Good job KFC.
The food was good as always but for some reason they had no original chicken and had too wait almost 20 min
The meals were great ?. I had a 2 piece dinner my wife had the chicken pot pie. Delicious.
The Elgin location has gone downhill. Food is old and dry. Never going back.I lied. I went back because Popeyes has gotten too expensive. Going back was a mistake. KFC is the victim of the Great Resignation. All the good employees have jobs. We are left with the one's that clearly hate what they are doing and the attitude shows. Even behind the mask you can tell the attitude of rudeness.Matter of fact. Covid-19 has proven that eating out is overrated, not healthy and costly. Save your money and live!
ordered from their website , Got our food cold, only half our order ,an hour wait, Called to ask if we can rectify this and was hung up on. Do not go here.
Got home and realized that I was missing food that we paid for. I called and asked if they could do a refund over the phone and I was told I either had to bring back food for a refund (though I’m not sure why I had to bring back food for a refund for food that was never given to me) or I was just out of luck. Of course I didn’t feel like getting back in the car. This is moreso a complaint against their policy than the restaurant itself. It’s just annoying to pay and not get food. Unable to send them a complaint because I was not given a receipt either.
Had to wait but they had to make fresh. Didn't mind. Friendly and courteous.
My go-to for that KFC fix.It is way better than the other elgin location.Anyways they are always friendly, the chicken is made properly, good portions. I like it and keep coming back.
