I went through drive thru ordered my sandwich and everything was going fine, until I get half way through my sandwich and I saw a hair! I called customer service to which I was told they had to forward the info to the owner operator since it was a Franchise owned store and the owner operator will call me back, 2 days have passed by til this day I haven’t received a call, or email. This had happened to me before so I decided to give Jimmy Johns a second chance but I should of just not even tried it again. So check your sandwich to ensure it’s Hair Free!

Waited 15 mins in the drive through because dine in is closed. I ordered a wrap with no tomato, no mayo, no dressing. Person taking my order kept getting that wrong. I couldn't even tell what he was saying through the $5 wish speaker they have for the drive through. I go up to the window finally to pay. I ask him to repeat my order to me and he says ok then just closes the window. Never repeated it to me. They handed me a bag and closed the window again. I drove all the way home to find out my wrap had everything I asked to have taken off. Fukkin $20 dollars for a wrap chips and drink. That’s absolutely fukkin ridiculous. If I knew i was gonna be getting this fukked I would have at least brought lube.
I ordered two sandwiches online and at a half hour called the store since there was no update on the tracker. No answer despite calling 10 times over 15 minutes. Went to the store to get a refund to find that they were not open for dine in despite what they have online and had to wait in a line for drive thru that wrapped almost around the building. As I was in line the delivery tracker updated as soon as it was delivered to only say out for delivery. I got a phone call immediately after from someone else at home saying they were delivered. It takes 30 seconds to answer a phone and give an estimated delivery time. It's been nearly 70 minutes since ordering and the tracker STILL hasn't said they've been delivered. Either the driver or the tracker is incompetent. Regardless this location is too understaffed in some way for them to deliver anything in a timely manner.
Purchased 2 sandwiches. The one with bacon had RAW UNCOOKED BACON on it. ?. For $10 a sandwich there was two thin slices pieces of Turkey. Massively disappointing!!! Won’t be going there again.
I don’t write a lot of reviews but unfortunately this Jimmy John’s gave me the motivation to do it. I’ve had a few wrong orders here in the past but today tops it. I ordered a number 13 and they gave me a different sandwich I drove back to get the correct order then when I got there and told them what had happened they asked for the sandwich back, scraped off what was in it the first time and then remade it with the soggy lettuce covered bread (there is no lettuce in a number 13) just seems very unprofessional.

Its Not the best it could be , they do not put effort and time into making there sandwiches. It’s worth driving to the one in south elgin /500 S Randal road they will get you right
July 2021 and they are STILL drive through only. Whats the point of ordering on the app when you have to wait 6ncars in line at the drive through to pick it up. Anyways, after waiting forever to get the food I go to eat it and the bread is rock hard. I turn back, wait I. Line forever again, just to be told they don't have fresh bread for 10 minutes so ill get a refund. I said so what are you doing giving everyone stale bread ? No response. Terrible location ran by teenagers.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.Had issues with an order from minute one, delivery person who arrived was extremely rude, and couldn't get the help I needed with my order.I've had great times with this establishment in the past, I don't know what happened, unfortunately this has completely changed in recent times.I'm really shocked, and I feel betrayed.I ordered from them almost every single weekend.I loved this store and felt I could rely on it, and that they were absolutely worth the extra tip.But this really shows that customer loyalty means nothing anymore these days.Just a number it seems, and if you complain you're a liability.I didn't want a free meal, I just wanted my lunch!They could've at least said they will make sure my next order would be right, they didn't, they made excuses and shifted the blame on me.Now I have to voice myself on here and warn people about ordering from this Jimmy Johns, which I hate so much.
