If you plan to schedule an advance order, don't.We ordered to have a delivery at 7pm, and it went out for delivery at 6:20pm. It doesn't make sense it went out that early as we are only a few blocks away.Our door is clearly marked "#2" yet they delivered to a side door with no markings (it's the basement door with absolutely nothing to protect from the rain)After calling to ask when delivery would occur, and 2 phone calls... We found out it was already delivered, and soaking wet because it wasn't left at our door (which is proteced from the rain, as it's a porch)Again, the door is clearly marked #2 on the door.Unable to eat soaked sandwices, we had to toss them in the trash.If a driver has any doubt, please call the customer. Let this be a learning experience. We wasted almost $35 and are only able to eat the sealed cookies.This will be the first and last order. Merely "I'm sorry" is not enough.

Stepped into Jimmy jonhns today and was treated with the worst customer service I ever experienced. I walk In didn't have a chance to reach for my mask in my back pocket and the cashier barks out hey you can't be in here with out a mask. As soon as I step through the door he repeated himself. I stopped and ask him can I get a chance to grab my mask. He stares at a white customer like I'm saying something wrong. I leave the store as I was walking I stopped and turned around to ask for the general manager number. The two cashiers both rude told me I can't have the number. She told me to find it on Google. So instead I decided to write a lengthy review about there services to black Americans and how they need to work on thier customer service..
Rudely kicked out by the uncaring manager while calmly expressing my inability to medically tolerate a mask.
Don’t order online! They don’t make your sandwich until you get there. Ordered online and watched everybody in line get their sandwiches. 45 min from order to getting food. Freaky something but definitely not freaky fast.-----------------------------I heard back from Jimmy John's and I guess this IS how they run their "biz" now. I found out that this was not a mistake. I am mad that I did not read the other reviews because there are a lot of the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO BURN AND WANT FREAKY SLOW SERVICE.
Placed 2 mobile ordered and went to pick them up. They don't prepare the sandwiches and have them ready.. I had to wait in the line of about 6-7 people to tell the cashier I'm here to pick up my orders and come to find out they hadn't even started my order. And when they were provided there was a cookie missing from one. My bad for not checking that but I called and they said a credit would be on my acct and that never happened. No a good experience at this location compared to others. My hour lunch was over by the time I got home and I live less that 6 minute from here so... terrible wait for an order ahead order

Placed order at 12:05 pm order arrived at 1:20 pm. Called the restaurant several times and the individual answering lacks customer service skills and unable to resolve my issue. My company has a strict policy for the lunch hour. That means we had go with eating lunch since Jimmy John's did not keep is promise of super fast delivery. Very disappointed and I will take my business elsewhere.
