What happened to their Gyros? I've been going out of way for years to Jesters for their Gyros. Always good quality and great tasting gyros. Went there last week and order my usual. However, this time you could tell this wasn't the same gyro meat that they have used for years. This was sliced thinner, had very little flavor and was definitely not the same. Hopefully, this was a supply issue where they couldn't get their usual meat. If this is their new gyro, I'm going elsewhere.
One of my favorite places in Illinois. Delicious food and everyone is always smiling. Homemade baklava, count me in! Please come back to Rockford!
Really Like Jesters, food is really Good. I normally order the Italian Combo and last visit got the Oven Brown Potatoes which were very good indeed. I hear the fried Green Beans are very tasty so next time I'm ordering those. Their Onion Rings are very good and not those ground up onions shaped like rings.Good Food For Sure!!
First off, the staff is great! They're personable, listen, offer suggestions and great cooks! We order from Jester's once a week and always enjoy our meal, so we decided to cater Mother's Day from them. We ordered italian beef, greek and bbq rotisserie chicken, greek oven brown potatoes and a garden salad. It was all delicious! I'm not a huge BBQ fan myself, but I could eat that bbq chicken again and again! If you haven't been there yet, give them a try!
Clean place pleant6 of seating and a good variety. This place has a lot of option on the menu i went with the patty melt, it was cheesy and delicious complete with grilled onions on rye
Bought a Buffalo chicken sandwich. Hit the FU***** spot. Huge portion, hot, great flavor. Fries needed salt, but I'll let it slide because the sandwich was so damn good.

This place is a staple in elgin. I have gotten to know the owners and I always come here for my gyros and burgers. The staff is very friendly and make my food quickly. I recommend the gyros, burgers, hot dogs, shakes and the crinkle cut fries are the best. Highly recommend to anyone!
I have been going to Jesters for years, always greeted with familiar faces and amazing service! I absolutely love that they sell two kinds of dressings for salads and can be used to marinate as well! Anytime I crave amazing soup or a Gyro, Jesters is the place! They have amazing food and I have never had a problem with the service or the food! Even recently moving to South Elgin, I will still drive to Jesters because I know I will never be disappointed! Amazing family that treats customers as family!
