Used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Not sure what happened or who’s there for management now but they have the worst customer service. I worked here back in 2014 and all the workers were sweet and kind to everyone. Now, it’s just a bunch of young teens who don’t know what the heck they’re doing or how to be OBSERVANT. My husband spilt coffee on himself and the floor and a worker noticed but did nothing. It took 5 mins for somebody to walk by and notice and even at that, didn’t rush to get napkins. I was 37 weeks pregnant and was not about to try getting up and possibly slip so I wasn’t much help. More time went by and we expected them to have a bus boy come by to mop and pick up the broken coffee mug but nopeeee! We had to wait for our sever to come back out and notice. Not to mention, the hostess walked by several times with customers and didn’t do anything.A second note is that their food is not the best anymore. It seems like the McDonald’s of restaurants ????♀️
Waited in line to be seated. Server seen us standing at the door and totally ignored us. We then asked if we can just sit anywhere and she got rude with us and said , No I'll seat you when I can. I then told her we've been standing here awhile. Then you guys wonder why you have no business. Very rude and unprofessional. I then called to speak to a manager an she hung up on me. Never again. Avoid this place.
I don’t know what is going on at this location. What I do know is my boyfriend and our kids showed up here, there were only 2 other customers there, all we seen was a host of some kind who took us to a booth. As we were sat down, the entire place was filthy. Tables littered with food and trash, nobody cleaning and the worst part the floor littered with trash and food to the point where there were ants crawling on the floor on the food. I told my boyfriend and we agreed to leave, didn’t even order so much as a drink. We left and went to Denny’s. I feel bad for whoever is working there, it’s clear they’re being severely under managed there and nobody cares enough anymore to clean or do anything about it. And honestly with the ants, they shouldn’t be in business anymore. If a food inspector came there unexpectedly they’d surely fail on cleanliness alone. Don’t go here to eat, if there’s ants in the dining area crawling on dropped food there’s ants elsewhere.
Overall great food amd ingeneral love ihop..however this place has been hit or miss lately. Understaffed and slow, get our order wrong half the time, the other theyre really great. Just be sure you're not in a hurry and be prepared to pay 10 or more meal. Take out was horrible fyi so go in and eat its delicious
Had a great experience here this month I came back because if a server by the name of Pierre. Great smile ,aspiring attitude, and very funny. I will definitely be recommending this ihop to many close friends and family , and also I can’t wait till my next visit! GREAT JOB!
taste on the food is very good and the people is very nice.
We have had good experiences in the past but this might have been the last time we come here. We had so many clues before we sat down that we should have turned around and left. We walked into a empty restaurant with the two employees sitting at a back table with at least six dirty tables that I'm guessing are left over from lunch time. Giving them the benefit of the doubt because everybody's short-handed at these times we ordered our food. We were wrong. How do you serve cold hash browns? We told our server about the problem which she did rectify but never fully cleaned the other tables before we left.
I keep forgetting how good the food is at iHop. I had a burger and it was one of the best I have had in a long time. The onions ring were as good as homemade. We ordered a sandwich and asked for them to not include one of the toppings. They did it without a complaint. And it was delivered correctly the first time.
I was at this ihop on 4/26/22. The food was delicious, but when it came time to pay, I only had cash. My server was the person checking me out, she took my cash and then came back a few minutes later and told me there wasn’t any money to give me change. So after a few phone calls from the server she told me her manager was going to have to go to the bank. I waited in my car for 1/2 hour, went back in and the manager wasn’t back from the bank yet. I husband ended up going back in and we ended up getting a $20 bill back and we left.This is no way to run a business, how can a place of business be open with no money available? Not to mention my server was the one who didn’t get a tip.I am very disappointed in this ihop, because the food was perfect, they have poorly running management. And the servers will suffer because they are the people who aren’t getting paid for their hard work.
Was in there today at like 240pm there were only 2 booths of 4ppl each. Servers were huddled in a corner. We were seated and had been waiting for 15min without even asked what we wanted to drink. We kept looking around and they saw and still nothing. The floors were SUPER SILLPERY WITH HARDLY ANY SIGNS saying so . We got up and left to Applebee's. The
