Delicious food! Employees very friendly. Definitely highly recommended.
I have never ordered from this place and received my food in less and an hour and a half. My boyfriend swears by this place, but after once again a lengthy wait and having received cold food I had to microwave I called to complain. For an hour and a half wait my food should at least not need to be warmed up. The manager hung up on me when I told her I thought she should call people letting them know that they can’t fulfill orders in the time they estimate, we would have canceled our order and ordered else where. This was the last straw for me, we’ll never eat here again.
This place offers the best value for your money w/ the specials. Very generous portions.
I love this place I usually get the chicken fried rice and it’s always good & they give you a good amount !! Definitely recommend 10/10
everything was cooked well, the only thing was the flavor was not there. I tasted only salt. In all the dishes purchased. Kind of disappointed.
Food is Good..Customer Service not so good. Ordered my order adding items to my dish and taking out some items..in other words i special ordered My food to call when it was made incorrectly to be told that it WAS put in the meal very argumentative, when it wasnt...It WAS put on the receipt, OBVIOUSLY NOT read..I said no it wasnt and asked for a replacement order and was told I have to bring the meal back today now or dont eat it and bring it back tomorrow?!...So yall mess up and I'm Hungry and Disabled and suppose to go back?! After Knee replacement..Are you effin kidding me?!..In rush hour at dinner time..my order should have been right first off and replaced at MY convenience, Especially since I was in there earlier that week where the food was delicious. I mistakingly left my debit card in there. Called that day searching for it to be told by a woman they did not have it...Went in there today and was given the cancelled card...i dont even bother to complain anymore, just lose my business and referrals...Today was just enough..and got the nerve to be expensive..Act upscale! I wont be back. Asked to add Bean Sprouts and asked for Extra...Not one...only Onions...But I was told they were in there? Why would i call? Some people are Great Customers and just want what they ask and pay for..Do better!
Unbelievable. I placed an order to pick up at 630 I finally called at 7:42 to check what the status of my order was. They informed me that it was ready. I live about 5 minutes from the restaurant and when I got there found out that my food had been sitting there for an hour. They were unwilling to remake my food. They should have not only refunded me but remade the food. The survive was awful and the employees there were smirking at me as of it was hilarious that my family's dinner was ruined. This is how they store the food until pickup- sitting on a counter not sanitary or acceptable food temperature conditions
Sesame Chicken pieces were DRY & OVERCOOKED…definitely recycled meat. Charged extra $3 for a fried rice instead of white & it was ill prepared and a complete waste of money. Second time paying almost $20 for one large order & this happens..first time was General Tso Chicken. House Lo Mein is decent though..and seems to always be prepared fresh, so I’m very surprised the other dishes don’t match up. Live & Learn
Food is great, but service is not. I placed an online order 2 hours ahead of time for pickup. I received an email that it would be ready at scheduled time. I went to pick it up and they said they forgot to put in my order. Now I purposely put the order in cause I was on a time frame. Horrible service. Also why I do not tip ahead of time
My go to Chinese restaurant in Elgin. Portion sizes are good. Try their fried pot stickers, Sesame Beef, and Crispy Szechuan Beef, all were good.
