One bite, everybody knows the rules. Rated the deep dish pizza a 9/10 here. Made well done and with their special Buttercrust. Will return to this location again for sure.
I will NEVER order from this place again. This pizza was the hardest, most overcooked I have ever tasted. The CHEESE was rock hard. How does that even happen!?. And to make it worse It was a delivery order and the pizza was freezing when it got here. $65 order and it was trash. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. I had to apologize to my husband and kids for ruining pizza night. Never again.
We ordered a well-done large deep dish buttercrust and it was delicious! Arrived on time and as promised. All deliciously great! We will order again. And again. ?
I have been ordering from here for years and recently whenever manager kellie is working something always goes wrong. Either missing something in my order, or its wrong, or they can’t ever find it. Just a bad experience whenever she is working, she didn’t wanna give me a refund, I would have to drive all the way back to the store ,such an inconvenience.The other manager Manny is better than her, maybe she should be retrained.
I have always been a huge fan of Lou Malnati’s. Last two times the butter crust hasn't tasted like a butter crust and for some reason the “Lou’s” taste and smell are not there. Wonder if the recipe has been changed. Disappointed again. That being said, the Elgin phone person was great and very helpful. The delivery, perfect.
Love the food, the kitchen workers really know what they are doing. However whoever took my order was giving me attitude for some reason?? I walk in all little highschoolers are on their phones just standing around they took forever to find my order. The food was amazing but the service from the people in the front was unbearable, unbelievable and unacceptable.
Went in at 4:30 on Thurs the 10th to pickup some frozen cheese & sausage pizzas, was told they didn't have any they were just making them, if your open have your product ready or don't open the doors, management prob.?
I would give this 0 stars if possible ,manager Kellie is rude they messed up my order it was cold by the time I got home. And the employees can’t be bothered to wear a mask or wash their hands after touching their phones. I am repulsed.
My husband and I placed an order with the Elgin location and I have to say, not only was the food outstanding but the service I received from the manager, Kelly was top notch!Kelly went out of her way to make our order correct (slight boo boo on original order) and all the while was kind, funny and gave the best customer experience ever! She truly loves her job and we could use more people like her in this world!P.S I highly recommend this store and the Mostaccioli Ala Mainati!!
