You can't even order ahead of time they won't cook your food until you pay and thats unfortunate for people taking the bus trying to make a quick stop i tried my hardest to convince them I was on my way but some lady called Maria refused to cook my order that wasn't so much the problem as it was her attitude she acted like she didn't care tbh I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name!!!
This is my absolute favorite restaurant! Born and raised in Chicago now a resident of Wisconsin for 8 plus years, and I still find time to go to my favorite restaurant! Congratulations El Faro's on your upgrades and for always satisfying my delights. Keep up the great work.
we ordered two parrilladas and they bearly had meat in it it had more bell peppers and onion and tomatoes plus when we got there they didn’t even start the order yet and we saw how they put a bunch of bell peppes onions and tomatoes to the parrillada
I been to all the el faro around, this used to be the worst now the hot sauce I got tonight and the make over this place is now my go to! Love the rice with no peas and corn as my son likes it plain.
They stepped their game up. Used to be old meat, now since the recent remodeling, the food is 100%better fresher and delicious!I have been going to this location for 42 years my whole life. I am so pleased that they upgraded their format. The chefs are still the same with atleast one new face, but let me tell you that new face made me a burrito s few days ago that I'll never forget it was a nuke ??Peace and love from the Macias family

Decent tacos..had the El pastor..they were good.I do like BURRITO better..they have a better seasoned El pastor..if your close it's worth stopping in..my friend had tge regular steak tacos and he enjoyed his as well
On Wednesday they have a special 3 burritos for 14.99 before ta they're huge and so good
It was good. The food was really flavored and the sprite had such a great fizz. Idk it was good rice and beans were delicious.
The cooker is great however the cashiers mainly one of them don't say thank you and come again or anything when it comes to African Americans. I witness her say thank you to the Hispanics in front of me and after me but nothing to me that could be bad for business once again great food but the cashier just seems rude towards African Americans
