Pumpkin Spice season is here and they ran out of Pumpkin halfway through their first day of having it, they have also been trying to stretch their pumpkin spice flavoring by adding French vanilla to your drink be warned! Also scooping iced coffee into cups with another cup that their bare hand is touching!
Avoid! Horrible service since they opened. Owner lacks customer service and/or business skills. Thus, training employees with same quality. Customers are given blame for missing or incorrect items. I tried to give them many chances but they still disappoint.
Ask for coffee especially flavor just to get home and find out the coffee is a little bitter with NO flavor. 846 Summit
Waited in line for about 10 mins before i got to the cashier. Once i pay i go to the 2nd window and they hand me my coffee and walk away . Im assuming she didt pay attention to the order because i had ordered a bagel as well. Had to wait another 5 mins for her to come back to the window and hand me my cold bagel that had been sitting on the counter for 5 mins. Ridiculously slow. they need to hire they worker from the drive thru at the dunkin on National . smh. Now that one is fast !
If I owned this franchise I would loose my mind! Ordered a dozen and was told Apple fritters don’t come as part of it. “That’s fine I’ll pay an up charge.” Got a real snotty “Nope. Can’t do that.” You can’t charge me more? In what world do you refuse that??? Wow.
Today was the first time I went to DD at this location and I had the worst experience ever , my order was incomplete, my order was incorrect. The employees aren’t focused .
They consistently mess up orders and never apologize. Got a hot coffee and they gave me a iced, I decided to try it and take it anyways cause I never get iced and figured I give it a shot. Got sick from it. Thanks DD! Never again!
Drive thru was fast they prepared my order correctly our drive thru server was friendly all in all very pleasant trip
I don’t know why I keep going back, I guess it’s the only place I can get coffee that’s on my way to work. I usually never finish the drinks because they usually taste disgusting. Today, the iced coffee actually tasted good and because I actually drank the coffee, I got THE worst stomach pain I’ve EVER had! I had to leave work. NEVER AGAIN ?? This DD is disgusting & terrible.
Not the best location. They either are out of donuts or they are stale and hard, drinks are made wrong or they are out if ingredients. Went there one more time in hopes to change my mind, ordered an iced coffee and a tea. They were out of both of course! Was told to come back the next morning to either get what ordered or get a refund when a manager was there. Came back the next morning for a refund and was rudely told she couldn't do it and I had to call the app.
