The attitude of the female lead worker is terrible. No body wants to hear you scream at other employees for your mistakes. She needs to take some classes on what good customer service looks like.
$6 for an iced latte and they wouldn't give me an extra plastic cup unless I paid an extra .50 cents for it.I told them if they were going to charge Starbucks prices, they were going to have to include the Starbucks service and experience. This wasn't it.I won't be back.
The Elgin Area Chamber was honored to be a part of Dunkin new location grand celebration by hosting a ribbon cutting. Congrat's Dunkin - and thank you for being an Elgin Area Chamber member.
My whole coffee has literally no coffee in it. It’s all almond milk and flavoring. I’m about to stop going to Dunkin because this has become a consistent issue. Teach your workers how to make a coffee because they clearly only know how to make milk shakes
If you want terrible customer service this is the place for you! As with all the other reviews the staff here are rude and clearly do not enjoy their job. I went at 9am on a Wednesday morning. Ordered 2 jelly donuts and frosted sprinkle donut. The lady asked me how many, I clarified with her 3 total, she told me to pull up to the window. I thought she couldn’t hear me or understand English. When I got to the window she again asked me what I wanted, I repeated my donut order then continued with a hash brown, wake up wrap and iced coffee, to that she threw her hands down in the table, yelled at me that it was too much of an order and that I needed to place this order at the speaker. I reminded her that she told me to pull up to the window, she proceeded to toss her hands in the air and say no no no…at that I just drove away.A time prior to this visit I entered the store to order a cake…stood at the counter for over 10min without any acknowledgement from any of the 4 employees behind the counter. I finally had to ask for help, when I asked about the cake they continued to ignore me. I left again without a purchase.Do not recommend this place to anyone. I would give zero stars if I could.
My wife and 3 children drove here all the way from our house to get some delicious donuts. This location closes at 9, and we showed up at 8:55 with clearly 5 minutes to spare. As soon as we pulled up to the parking lot, the manager saw us and immediately locked the door, then turned off all the lights, and left. In a matter of about 5 seconds. We are never going here again, ever. If I could give this place a negative # of stars, I would.
It's an absolute mess here. An order ahead mobile order of 4 items resulted in a 20 minute wait, and the 1 coffee in the order wasn't even made to order. I'm failing to understand how this location is failing miserably in customer service. Not even an apology!
I go to this Dunkin too much because it’s on my way to work. I usually ask for a water to go with my coffee. They always charge for a small styrofoam cup of water. I ask if I can pay for a large and she will not budge. Cheap owner.
I come here at 4:58pm on Monday April 4th. I ask to get a matcha latte a cup with ice. The lady tells me that it’s a $1 charge for a cup of ice which is ridiculous. I told her that I have never had to pay money for a cup of ice at any other Dunkin and she said that any other Dunkin is fine but her manager said that she has to have people pay for ice. I asked to speak with the manager and apparently the manager just left. This isn’t my only time coming here and being disappointed. 10/10 do not recommend!
We just went to the store, the drinks were good. But the manager didn’t really want to take our order and when she really had looked around and saw all of her other workers were busy, she finally reluctantly did. She then told somebody else to make our drinks and screamed at him from across the store that he was doing it wrong. Then she went over there and berated him because he didn’t know how to do it the right way as he tried to make it a second time. She didn’t tell him how to do it the right way she just kept yelling at him that he was doing it wrong. It was awful. It was super awkward. I felt so bad for the kid. And then when he tried to hand us our drink where we were, by the ice cream, and she scolded him again and told him to put it on over the counter. I wanted to tell the kid that literally every other place is hiring right now. It was unacceptable behavior by a superior.Additionally, not a single worker even looked up to see what was going on when she was behaving this way. This tells me that it is common place and nobody was surprised and or they were afraid some of The abuse would fall on them if they intervened p.
