Just sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no answer. Even drove up to the window. There appeared to be no one inside, with 2 cars parked. What are your employees doing on the clock? Last time I came here, they gave my drink to the guy ahead of me and let him keep it in his car for the 5 minutes it took them to remake it. Then they tried to hand it off to me!! That’s disgusting, what if he tasted it or had covid? Not to mention it was melting. Then she gave me attitude when I politely asked for a new one.
Please do not go to this location, they are disrespectful and will mess up your order almost every time.I have gone to this location and have had my order made incorrectly countless of times. After telling them that I am missing items or have the incorrect food, I get a disrespectful response from employees. I try to make a mental note to not visit this store due to the bad service, but unfortunately it is in a convient location. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, I make up excuses for the mistakes, but time and time again, i get bad service. Very sorry, and disappointed.
The staff was kind and I got my coffee quickly.
Awful customer service, are no longer open 24 hours and they did not publicize it and they've been out of several products.
7:12 pm on Sunday May 1st, 3 employees, 2 short girls and one guy. As I was approaching the drive through, these 3 employees were walking back from the garbage can outside. Suspicious!?? Very!Very!! As I'm waiting on the intercom to place my order, one of the employees [a girl] answered saying "I'm sorry we closed early today" (mind you that this location is 24 efn hours) . I asked why it was closed, she said " we are short staffed". I responded noting the fact that there were 3 of them in there. Her response was " one of them is new".
Dunkin’ Donuts weren’t as fresh as expected, but it was late morning.
The employees are so slow they hold up the whole drive through and the coffee is always burnt
Vanilla Ice Coffee Regularly. The drive thru is super tight unfortunately and the bp next door is always full of amazon trucks be careful
The guy working earlier this morning was very polite, fast and efficient. Food was Hot fresh and prepared well not thrown together as some place are prone to do... Thanks for great service so early in the morning!
