Order was completely wrong and the lady at the drive thru must have been on something. Completely unprofessional with a bit of attitude!
Staff is unprofessional. I called because I had missing items from an order. They answer the phone “hello” as if they’re answering their own personal call. I asked if they can make sure my items are in my order since I had to place another order. Guy tells me they’re out of my item. Advised if they can update they’re availability. Guy says he can’t do that. Then I call back to have the item replaced before my delivery driver leaves. They ignore all my calls. I understand it can get busy, but you can’t ignore phone calls either. Thank you for making me pay for items twice and they’re not available.
Drinks completely wrong. whoever the lady was at the drive thru had to be on something, she just kept telling me it was weird that my order was not in the system and handed me random drinks. I asked to confirm the drinks and she kept insisting that they had stickers, even after I showed her there were no stickers. Another person had to come pull up my order, but again the order was either wrong or misread completely.

Sat in the Drive-Thru line for more than 5 minutes waiting for them to help only two other cars in front of me then when I got to the speaker I was rudely told 1 minute... I sat there for than 2 minutes with no one saying anything so I drove off. All of that for a medium black coffee.
The stream of 1 star reviews over the last year don’t lie. I love Dunkin’, but I despise this location. Dunkin just does coffee, donuts, and Turbo-Chef food, but this store can’t manage it. It’s so poorly operated and the staff doesn’t care because the owners and manager don’t care. The location is franchised, and Dunkin’ franchising doesn’t care how bad the service delivery is, either.Today they failed to get my mobile order prepared, left me waiting 18 minutes, didn’t make the drink correctly, and after finally getting everything knowing they messed up not one person apologized. Asked to speak to the manager, was pointed to an African American gentleman who epitomized the overall attitude of the four staff there. He didn’t care, and said they are short staffed, and doing their best. No apology or offer to make it right. They served three cars total and one door dash guy in the entire 18 minutes I was there with four staff members. It was a service failure having nothing to do with staffing levels.If you read the reviews you can see this is the way they do business at this location. I love the product and that’s what keeps these poor Dunkin locations open with their bad service because we put up with it because we want the product. No one truly holds these owners accountable for service, as Dunkin obviously doesn’t care. They stopped responding to all the bad reviews even. They haven’t fixed this place in years. As for me, I’ve spent my last dollar with Dunkin after dealing with this manager today. All you had to do is accept some fault, apologize, and offer to make it right. It’s sad when you want to be a customer more than the business wants you as one.
Worst Dunkin’ ever!! I’d much rather do to McDonald’s for coffee. If you can avoid this Dunkin and go to Starbucks or Panera up Randall road. I have been here about 5 times and there is always an issue.
This location is always busy and the staff is rude but at least they always get the order right
Have come here several times thinking it will change.Nope.They are so rude here.They can't make anything right.Several times the hash browns were either cold or burnt.I told them don't prepare my bagel I will do it myself.BUT they burnt it and put on so much cream cheese it was terrible.I don't recommend this location at all.
The Women that was preparing food/ sandwiches was not wearing a face mask, wiped her nose with her fingers as she prepared our food!!!!
