This Dunkin Donuts is a nice spot. My kids and I enjoyed hanging out here for a while. The hot coffee was great, and the donuts were delicious.My son loved the mango refresher.The staff were friendly as well. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RIDE EMPLOYEE STAFF. WHATEVER GIRLS YOU HAVE SCHEDULED ON 07/02 at 6:30 in the morning should be fired.
After 8am they serve burnt horrible coffee. Do not waste your time or money, do not go to this DD across the street from Larkin H.S they have horrible coffee.I gave them the benefit of a doubt when I received burnt awful coffee from this DD and it was after 8am , I tried them again after 8am and yes once again the coffee was awful and taste burnt. They would not give me my money back just another cup of bad tasting coffee. I will not be returning to this place. Bad customer service and bad tasting old not fresh coffee.

Got there shortly after 5am... Place was open, with a line of cars in the drive thru. I got to the speaker and placed my order only to be told that "Our ovens haven't warmed up yet." Seriously?! You're open. They should be. This was one of those rare times I was up and out earlier than usual and needed breakfast before work. I just told them to cancel and pulled through.Note to owner, manager, and staff: If you are going to be open that early, then you need to be up and running at that time. Very disappointed.
I'd be surprised if this place ever got an order right. I gave this place a few chances before i reviewed it, but it has thoroughly earned a single star.
I am so happy with this place. The coffee and the donuts suits well. Clean and relaxing location.
The regular Matcha is very dull in flavor. The donuts ? are omnom tho.
Went through the drive through they forgot a sandwich so had to go back and the staff was very rude and unapologetic about it. I have three kids in the car with me and I have to come back to pick up a sandwich that is already paid for and I am bothering you? No customer service at this place.
This location is fairly new and they know what they are doing. Service is good and they know how to actually make a cappuccino, hashbrowns and when you tell them to not prepare your bagel they actually listen! YAY lolCan you train all the other locations please? Thanks.
