My husband and I went to Dennys tonight and after we were seated not a single waiter/waitress came to our table for over 10 minutes to even ask if we wanted anything to drink. We ended up leaving without ordering drinks or food because we were tired of waiting. As we were walking out I saw at least two waitresses just sitting in a booth just talking to each other. It wasn’t busy at all so I’m not sure why one of them couldn’t come to our table. Very disappointed in the customer service.
This Dennys has always been nice and good food. The ONLY reason its getting a bad review is a giant group of us after an award ceremony went to go eat at Dennys, the only place that we know is open and has had us there late in the past with no issues. The employee told us they were closed, which we thought was weird since it was around 10:45. They proceeded to, in front of us, seat 2 other smaller groups of walk ins. I understand if you can't staff wise handle a giant group that late, but just say that. Don't lie straight to a customers face and tell us you're closed when you're not.
Fernando and his kitchen staff were so nice to let us eat here right as they were closing they were very friendly even though we came near close and we had a great night here
We didn't wait long to be seated and the host was very polite. Our server Natalie was wonderful. Definitely kept my cup full. Never go to a restaurant over hungry, everything looks good. Her recommendation of what to eat was right on point. Good food, good service.
Takeout/Dine is always good. Great staff, so friendly and attentive. I like the large selection of food options. Highly recommend this spot.
Country fry steak and French fries, steamed broccoli also came with garlic bread yum, this what is my leftovers planning to have it for breakfast with scramble eggs and hash
The server was very polite .. made us feel good to eat there . He was on top of everything, making sure I had enough coffee.. food was very good
The server took our order by memory and got it right. The Manager came by to check on us. The food was hot and delicious. Will always go to that one.
Service was meh ?, my plate which I did not take a picture was decent. Mind you I was really hungry. However my mom’s salad was wilted, cucumbers were old. How dare do they serve some thing like that??. We requested a new one which took about 10 min, by then we had to leave. We ended taking it home. The servers were talking, which is fine but they were discussing employees schedules and some were using foul language including whom seemed to be their manager or team lead. Very unprofessional. This was my first and last time there. Don’t eat here!!!
