Very good tacos their barbacoa (steamed beef) is the best IMO, they offer a charola (party platter) 20 tacos with grilled onions and jalapeños on side for $59 def can't be beat would def recommend this place or any of their locations they all have the same quiality of food wich is hard to see now a days

Always get indigestion and heartburn from this location. Never happens to me at Taco Bell or other Cilantro locations, just this one.The steak burrito is always fried meat and maybe that just doesn’t sit right with me but I’m surprised to pay +$9 for a steak burrito and be bloated for hours yet I can load up on Taco Bell and be totally fine. The employees at this cilantro location are just unfortunately really bland. I don’t want to say anything mean but honestly they make me lose my appetite before the food. The cashiers are always unfriendly and now they have this plexiglass in the way and they don’t even try to speak up louder. Just a bad experience and even worse service with increasingly higher prices for food that literally always gives me indigestion. Why do I keep going back? Well Taco Bell is across the street and I keep thinking heck I want to support a independent business. Meanwhile the other taco places in the area are only Spanish speaking so I’m kind of stuck choosing between the two… it’s been years and despite covid pandemic they haven’t stepped up their service and especially the food. Why fry steak? Omg it’s just lazy and kills the meat… no wonder it’s the same cost to buy a ground beef burrito and a steak burrito here.I literally just got Taco Bell and got enough food for my whole family for 12 bucks, meanwhile One burrito at Cilantro is $9.I only wish their management cared but seems like they are left to run themselves (into the ground) by their own employees with no manager or leadership ever in sight.Rip Cilantro, I’m 100% positive you will be out of business within a year at this rate.Ps. They are literally always empty while Lil Caesars next door is always busy. Go figure.

Service was denied because i did not have a mask. I was apologetic and asked if I could by one from the establishment. I exclaimed and was willing to show proof of vaccinations. Still was denied. More worried about mask than customer service.

We got two taco dinners and one burrito and bottle of salsa, on a Wednesday afternoon… great service, fast, and EXCELLENT!

Place is mid if you know what I mean. If you are in the mood for a burrito or bowl style Mexican food and you don't feel like eating at the other Mexican places near by, this is an option. I say an option because your expectations should not be set super high for this place. I ordered the chicken burrito and it had way too much chicken compared to other ingredients and chicken was extra dry. The price of the food is similar to prices of mon and shop Mexican places. In all, just a mid tier place, if you haven't tried than let it be a one and done.

Food was good, but a little pricey. Cashier was extremely rood. Almost to the point that we walked out. She was rude to several customers, nit just us. Rest of the employees were polite and friendly. Would consider going again only because the food was good.

Food is good. We tried the tacos and it was one of the best we've had.

Food was ok. Waited 25-30 before I had to go up to the counter and ask for my food that has been sitting there and it was cold when I got it. Never again

This place has gone down on customer service. Also the quality of the food as been bad. They use steak meat that has been sitting on the flat stove " who knows how long". The meat is dry and discolored.Time to look for another mexican restaurant. Which is a shame because we have been going there since they opened. But I cant spend one more dollar on over priced food that doesnt taste good.

Amazing experience. The staff is very helpful and polite. And the food is to die for
